    I can't say enough about well our loan officer ***** handled our situation. From the time I initially contacted NewDay online until I received a call from him was less than 60 seconds. And we are closing on our new home today, only *********************************************************************************************** pushing things along in the approval process, he and his team performed well above our expectations.     Everything the tv ad says is true. He is a highly knowledgeable, caring, and professional agent who went out of his way to assist us in all aspects of the refinancing process. He consistently helped us complete all of the tasks on or before the timeframe setforth, and continually provided updates and progress information throughout. In our particular case there were some challenges dealing with another company and he worked diligently to resolve all the issues.
