    Everything the tv ad says is true. He is a highly knowledgeable, caring, and professional agent who went out of his way to assist us in all aspects of the refinancing process. He consistently helped us complete all of the tasks on or before the timeframe setforth, and continually provided updates and progress information throughout. In our particular case there were some challenges dealing with another company and he worked diligently to resolve all the issues. I can say with certainty that we were fortunate in having Mr. P**** and NewDay USA as our lender and regret not going with NewDay USA in the first place.     Destinee and the whole team at New Day were fantastic. I'm ************************************* the military. I had to move ever 3-4 years. Now that I'm retired i getting put down roots and buy my first house. They made everything so easy. They explained everything along the way, made sure I understood everything. I can't thank ******** and the New Day team enough. I love my new house.

    All I can say is that ****** ********, ***** ********* assistant), and the entire team at ******* USA are the best! Working with ****** and the New Day ******** was great and the service and professionalism was better than expected. Quick, timely responses and updates throughout this process. By far the easiest mortgage refinance I have ever experienced! I cannot list everything that I have experienced in this process, it was all positive! I NEVER leave reviews for ANYTHING, but the New Day ******** definitely are deserving of my review. I hesitated almost a year to reach out to New Day USA even after receiving letters in the mail from them several times a month about what they could do for me. I regret that I did not do this sooner!!!!If you are a veteran and think that New Day USA could help you out with your financial situation and goals, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE like I did. You will not regret what New Day USA can do for you and you will not regret your experience with them as well. If I could leave a higher than five star review I would do so in a heartbeat!
