    Stole all my most .personal info ,just to say no , never met owner. ******** and uncomfortable situation, better off going to dentist , guilty until proven innocent. Pay cash if you can , avoid these people, good luck when you give loans to illegals while ignoring oil businesses.

    I have reviewed our system and we have no records of doing any business with ********************  I double checked his email address and we have no record of this in our system.  furthermore, the ***************** is located in ****** where we are not even licensed to do business.  This has to be a review intended for another company with a similar name to ours.  i do know there are other companies with similar names.  I ask that you please remove this review from our profile.  Thank you!

    Was a great experience overall, even with underwriting and overall volatility of the current mortgage market.Of special note, most helpful to me in the process was ***********************.*****, so professional and competent was such a pleasure to work with..I had many questions and he answered them in a timely manner and in a way I could understand...he was a pleasure, CTC is lucky to have him on their team.Also very professional and helpful in the process was **************************I would certainly recommend CTC and recommending ***** and **** is a no brainer.     CTC Mortgage handled my mortgage need professionally and went beyond what I expected in personal service. I would recommend them highly. ******* and **** were the best. Even worked from home in the evening to handle some difficult issues to get things done on time.

    I am very happy with my experience with CTC. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were all quick to respond to any questions that I had. The last time I applied for a mortgage was 23 years ago and many things have changed since then. The team at CTC made the process as painless as possible.

    My mortgage was for a new build. CTC requested the documents to review and approve the construction. Prior to the start of construction my husband died. CTC quickly reviewed and approved the application in my name only. Prior to closing ************************* worked tirelessly to collect all documentation required by the underwriter to approve the loan. The closing was flawless thanks to *******************************, the closing attorney.
