            Newman Windows using PGT did an absolutely terrible job at my home. They have left my home compromised for over a year with missing window parts, door handles that fall off every other week, and grids that aren't straight and reveals cut short. Even their instaler said the parts from the factory were sub standard. They are the business owner and when things don't go to plan, they HAVE to make it right. I have distorted glass on 4 windows that are for my ocean view (so pretty important). Reps from Newman have come out a few times during the year since the job was finished but they leave and nothing happens. This job was over $100k but no one at Newman cares. They never follow through after leaving with the 2-page punch list I gave them 12 mo ago. My GC had to clean the gunk, glue and black seal off the windows for them. Disastrous. I'm now at the end of my tether and will report them to the ********************** for Bad Business Practice.

            Newman ***************************** were there best. Several people had recommended them to us and we were very pleased. *****, our sales consultant was very professional along with the women in the office who I talked with several times, in addition to, ***** and his crew were awesome. !
