    ****** ********* helped get my mom's icemaker replaced when the warranty company I paid blew her off. He was **** helpful and had it replaced in less than 24 hours. I was losing faith in this store and the service level but I will go back because of him!

    Worse place Ive ever an appliance from. Very nice to me when I went in to buy a washer. One of the delivery guys broke a water pipe behind the wall and covered it. Next morning when I went to do laundry, my garage floor was flooded with water from the broken pipe. Went I back to the the store to let them know they were not nice to me anymore, hold and behold the delivery guy took pictures showing that when they left my house everything was fine. It cost me $200.00 to fix what they broke. Very disappointed

    I'm sorry you had this issue.  We showed you the pics after we installed your washer and there were no leaks whatsoever.  This is why we take pictures of everything.  To prove we didn't do anything.  The picture also shows that you previously fixed a leak under the water outlet.  I'm sorry, but you can't blame us for something that we clearly did not do.  Our pictures prove this.

    3 different purchases over 7 years. ALWAYS treated very well by everyone. No pressure to spend more, very friendly staff. Harold, the salesman was very helpful and allowed me to browse freely for as long as I needed. I was able to get delivery the VERY NEXT DAY!!! The delivery team, Doug and Mike were great! Very careful, helpful, knowledgeable. They even explained the features of my refrigerator. I definitely recommend doing business with Topline!! Joni **** Palm Bay, FL
