      I made a reservation through ************* for two rooms. One room was for 3 nights, Thursday through Sunday 10/19-10/22. The second room was for two nights, Friday through Sunday, 10/20-10/22. When my wife checked in on Thursday, they had her sign the paperwork for two rooms even though she told them that I wasn't checking into the second room until Friday. When I checked in, she told me what happened and I immediately went to the front desk to resolve the issue. I was told that only a manager could help me and none was there but would be in the next day. The next day the manager did not come to work which was the case each day until checkout. Since my wife provided a credit card, we were charged for all three nights for both rooms. I called the ********** i returned home and spoke with a manager who said that the paperwork said two rooms, three nights even though the reservation was different. No one spent the night in the other room the first night. The manager said i had to call choice hotels which i did. They told me that i had to go through the hotel. I got the complete runaround and no consideration whatsoever.

      We stayed at Quality Inn, ***************************************************************** for 35 days while there for surgery and recovery. Everything ok until last week. *******, front manager debited my card for agreed amount ($702..) PLUS $100.35 that didnt show up on ledger. She said, sometimes that happens and you will get refund! That was almost 8 weeks ago and 4 phone calls later and she acts Like she is clueless. I should have known when the $100.35 did not show paid on my bill, BUT ON my checking account statement!! Please try to get a resolution (refund). We are in our 70s and she has taken advantage of us. It is the principle of the matter. I dont want to think how many more people ******* has done this to.Thank you for any help you can give.
