  "Absolutely the worst experience weve had dealing with trying to sell our home out of the eight months in multiple different people weve done business with to try to get this deal done they do not communicate REMOVEDnor his partner REMOVEDone says one thing the other says another and none of them are on the same page they locked our property up and when we told them we were gonna be hit with capital gains they told us that they were going to file a paper with the clerk of courts to ensure that they got their commission if we decided to sell it to anybody else besides them even if it was two years later and we decided hey you know were past that tax bracket and maybe we found somebody else who is interested they didnt care they also do shady business they tell you that they have deals when they dont have deals where they have a buyer when they dont have buyers or tell you they have multiple buyers when they really only have one and theyre doing anything possible to get the deal done and still make their money with no concern of your money whatsoever they are closing and title agent 321 closing is also a backpedal her she will tell you one thing and then turn around and say another as if she didnt say something I would highly advise anyone wanting to do business with this company please look the other way or youre gonna be drug through the mud"
