    **** Isaacs, owner of this business, has been misleading us for months. We gave him over $11K in August 2024 to build railings for our new home. After the storms, he asked for a few weeks to get up and running again and we agreed. We did not hear from him until we contacted him on Dec. 3, 2024. He said he had just gotten all our materials and would install them before Christmas. We told him we were on a deadline. He never showed up and never called. We texted to fine out what was going on and he said he would be there on Dec. 27, 2024. No show no call. He did not answer phone calls or text messages. On Dec. 30, 2024 we sent a demand letter-certified mail/return receipt. He never accepted delivery or picked the letter up from the post office. On January 3, 2025 he texted and said he wanted to complete the job. We told him we were hiring another contractor. He said he had a lot of money investing in the job and could complete it quicker. We finally agreed to let him finish. He showed up for 3 days with minimal hardware and part of the railings that were not powder coated. We have not heard from him since Jan. 13, 2025 when he said he dropped the part of the railings to powder coating company. He has not dropped off the remainder of the railings. The powder coating company is awaiting. He has not returned any of our text messages or phone. We now have to sue him to get our money. We have to find another company to complete the job and cannot move into our new home. Please beware of this unscrupulous business.

    This is an update to a complaint filed in January of 2025. We took the business and it's owner to small claims court and won a judgement against him. We just wanted to let everyone know to be careful using this business/person. There is a judgement and we are now seeking ways to make them comply. Please just be aware.
