I ordered for a product from this company Healthy Trends LLC (Golden after 50), owner ***************************. The advertisement I saw to order the product gave the impression they were behind in production so we should patiently wait for the product. So when it was over 3 months and I still hadn't received it, i was just patiently waiting. I contacted them after around 7 months (June 2023) to say I had waited long enough and still haven't gotten the product so they should issue a refund. The customer service guy checked from their system said its showing that the product was never delivered to me and so he would escalate it for approval of my refund. I still haven't gotten the refund so I called again and spoke to a manager ******** (#*****) who says so long as its outside ***************************************************************************** not she can't give me a refund or reship the product even if they failed to deliver the product. This is so unfair because 90 day return policies start from the day the product was delivered to 90 days after. So with this policy of theirs that says so long as its 90 days after i ordered the product whether they delivered it or not they cant reship or refund, it means the company can just decide not to ship products and wait for the 90 days to be over and then say they cant refund or reship. How fair is this policy? I never got the product in the first place to talk of a 90 day return or refund window. I am reporting this company and its owner *************************** - this is so unfair to customers and if they keep this policy they can just rip customers off. I got information from Golden After 50 about their BPS-5 it is an advanced blood pressure supplement. They promised if the product does not work they will refund the money. I bought the product and after taking it for a while I realized it did not work for me. I called them they said send back the rest of bottles. That was last September and I still have not gotten my refund. Every time I call they want the tracking number which I do not have. I would like to get my money back please.Business Response

We apologize for your frustration regarding the order placed on 7/31/2022. Our records indicate you first contacted us on 9/20/2022 to return the product for a refund which was still within our 90-day return policy. We provided you with a return merchandise authorization (***) number and corresponding instructions to return as requested. We explained that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items, so we advised to send all returned items using some type of delivery confirmation system and get a tracking number, to ensure proper delivery and if anything happened in transit, we can still honor the refund if provided with the tracking.
You contacted us again on 10/7/2022 inquiring about when you would receive your refund, we informed you that we had not received your return yet and asked you to provide us with your return tracking number for us to review to confirm the return so we could process your refund. You were unable to provide it at that time and we advised you to look for the receipt or contact the post office to obtain the tracking and call back if we still had not received the return by then. You contacted us again on 11/8/2022 informing us you could not locate the tracking in which we explained that we still had not received the return but once we do your refund would be processed within **** business days upon receipt of it, you stated you would call back for an update and we recommended continuing to look for the tracking in the meantime.***** contacted us multiple times since then for updates and we explained that we still had not received anything and unfortunately could not issue a refund without the tracking. At this time we still have not received a return or a tracking number from you to confirm it was sent back so no refund has been issued.
Please see attached copy of our return policy listed on our website, and a copy of the *** and return instructions read verbatim on your customer service call on 9/20/2022 explaining the process to return and obtaining a tracking number.

I am rejecting this response because: They told me to include the *** number which I did. They did not tell me I needed the tracking number as well. When they asked for it the thing had faded. I called the post office they could not provide it. They boast their product works so why cant they return my money because it did nothing for me. They assigned me a represented me with a contact we she advised me to increase the dosage but nothing worked. After I returned the product she refuse to answer my call. I called her and left messages but no call back. It is all a gimmick to keep my money. It is only fair that they repay me.

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for the progress so far but it should be remembered the illegal billing happened 12 /09, with in the three months. I have been emailing since then and receiving a reply that contact would be made within a specified time ,this was never done . The product was never received. As presented, I was billed ** ****** and since this amount was taken from my account through no fault of mine I require the full amount .Any account fees are your problem.

I just placed an order for BPS 5 twelve hours ago. I phoned their number and attempted to cancel. The female stated that she was unable to. I said, "I know you have not sent that order out in 12 hours." In the video, the speaker spoke about supply and demand, and I repeated cancel order." I was told that shipping had to be notified, and an automatic refund would be made if they could stop the shipment. However, she said that she sent an email, but they had no way to give her the status of my request. Then she wanted to offer me a 25% discount on the order I placed to get me to continue with the shipment. I told her no! Please give me my refund. I said I would call her back in 24 hours. I purchased nine (9) bottles of VPMAX-9 on 07/08/2022 and after 29 days a rash appeared on the front of my legs. After stopped this product it cleared up. I contacted the ************** requested and Return Authorization # B642BDB21F83 via **** Tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 62 and delivered on August 25, 2022. I contacted H.TW. **************** (*******) on 09/06/2022 regarding refunding the full amounts of (3) $177.00 and (6) $149.70 which she said would take 3-5 business days. Ordered from this company on July 17,2022 I just got it the other day. The package is crushed and taped by the post office. Called the company three times and they hung up un me all three times. I want my money refunded and I don't want to pay to have it returned to them!Business Response

I watched a advertisement video on you tube, while waiting on the "skip ad" button to light up..I got interested in the product it was talking about.."lowering high blood pressure"..and they could do this by taking this medicine.. I watched til the end.. and decided to purchase.. it said to get the best deal AND to make sure I had enough to let medicine work to take at least 30 days or more to get into my system and it start working....then said the 6 bottle purchase was the best pricing deal , so I pushed the button for 6 bottles... it went on to next level and said I should really get xtra bottles to make sure I had them because they were never sure if they would run out and I couldn't get more when needed them so I purchased 3 mor bottles.I paid $144.70 for one purchase and $177.00. for the other purchase. They had a year "money back guarantee" so I felt safe in purchasing this many bottles. I received them and started taking them and after awhile I decided they were NOT WORKING.. so I asked for a refund and they said I had past my 30 day money back guarantee...and I couldn't get my money back.. but that's not what I was told...why would I buy so many bottles if I was told in the first place I only had 30 days to get my money back.. they said I should take at least that many days to get into my system ..but buy more to make sure of "my system" to work... I feel very mis led by this company by preying on people that have a dangerous disease that desperately want to lower their blood pressure. "They say" they will send info where to send the left over medicine with return tags .. but never respond with the information... I purchased this 3 bottle package in February of 2022 and once I received it I took it faithfully everyday according to the written instructions on the bottle. I had no results as promised. When I called BPS-5 to request my refund of $173.++ US, I was told that I had exceeded the 90 refund period and the person on the phone even tried to speak to a supervisor to get it approved because it had only been a day or two after the so-called 90 days. I hung up feeling like I had been robbed so I double checked the warranty information and discovered that it was advertised as a 365 day refund guarantee. So I wrote them an email and included the 365 guarantee as an attachment and have not heard anything from this company in nearly three weeks. STAY AWAY FROM GOLDEN AFTER 50 BPS-5 as they falsely claim that they back up their products for 365 days! Think about it...the 3 bottles of BPS-5 lasts for 90 days so even if they had a 90 day refund policy it would be a day later that a person would have requested a refund which according to them would have put a person outside the 90 refund criteria. Who would request a refund before they finished the product unless they had an adverse reaction to it. I did not have an adverse reaction and took the product until finished.
