On November 8, 2021, Servicore came to pressure wash my roof. My house had been freshly painted six weeks prior at a cost of approximately $5,000. Michael, Servicore's owner, used industrial bleach on the roof, which ran down the sides of the newly painted exterior walls, and ruined the entire paint job. For some reason, he also pressure washed under the eaves the house and removed the new paint from the concrete stoops. He was supposed to have a gentleman who was cleaning the windows help him on the ground, but that apparently didn't happen. Within hours of Michael leaving, it became apparent the damage that had been caused. After reaching out to him about it on multiple occasions, it was decided that he would assist my original painter with the repair at a cost of $450 in labor plus paint costs. That never happened. He didn't show up after numerous attempts to get him on our schedule, and the painter and his assistant completed the paint repair job on March 30, 2022. Since he had to bring his own assistant, we paid him $500 and the paint was an additional $200. All the walls and the stoops had to be repainted to repair the damage. Michael then said that was more than he was willing to resolve this, but only through his insurance company, and turned me over to his insurance company, who contacted me a week ago and said they would reach out via email for documentation, yet they never did. Thus, it appears we're stiffed for $700 to fix a problem he himself said was caused by his lack of "due diligence." Not only would I like to be reimbursed, but at the very least, I would like to make sure other customers know this is the type of service (or lack thereof) they can expect from this company.
