Someone named **** with this company came to my house at 9pm, came through my backyard fence which is locked from the outside so she had to reach inside the gate to open it, And it states dog bites, and knocked on my back door to try and sell me solar. I'm guessing she didn't use the front door because that has a no soliciting sign. It was dark outside and all my lights were off. I tried to call the phone number listed on the company website to file a complaint and it's not a working number. So this company is a scam and/or uses unethical workers. What company doesn't even have a working phone number and allows their employees to trespass at 9pm at night?

    Dear *****,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the alarming experience you described. This is not reflective of our standards, and we deeply regret the frustration and concern this caused you.
First, let me assure you that visiting a home at 9pm, ignoring "no soliciting" signs, or bypassing safety warnings (like your backyard fence) is completely unacceptable and violates our company policies. Were urgently investigating this incident to ensure it never happens again.
Im also troubled to hear you couldnt reach us via our listed phone number. Weve verified and updated our contact information, and youre welcome to reach me directly at ************** to discuss this further. Your feedback is invaluable, and wed appreciate the chance to make this right.
Again, I apologize for the distress this caused. Were reinforcing training with our team to prevent such situations, and we hope to rebuild your trust in us.

    Warm regards, Customer Care Manager
