According to information in BBB files, the business is using fake celebrity endorsements in its advertising, specifically Kevin Costner, Joyce Meyer, Tyler Perry, Meghan McCain, Michael J. Fox, Chris Pratt, Alex Trebek, Guy Fieri, Dr. Oz, John Oliver and Phil Mickelson. BBB's Code of Advertising indicates that advertising which uses testimonials or endorsements is misleading if they are not genuine and do not represent the current opinion of the endorser (Section 30, Testimonials and Endorsements).
In September 2019, BBB contacted the business regarding its advertising of free trial periods of its products. Consumers that sign up for the free trial period are enrolled in a monthly subscription for additional products. BBB requested the business substantiate that the claims meet the standards outlined in BBB's Code of Advertising (Section 18, Negative Option Plans, Continuity Plans and Automatic Shipments). The Code maintains that "Any advertisement for a product or service that includes an offer to sell or provide consumers with additional goods or services under a negative option feature must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of all material terms of the negative option feature." Material terms that should be clear and conspicuous include the existence of the negative option feature, the cost of the additional goods or services, how consumers can cancel and avoid future shipments and charges, and how consumers can return items that they do not want. The Code continues that "advertisers must avoid making disclosures that are vague, unnecessarily long or which contain contradictory language."
Additionally, BBB asked the company to substantiate claims made on its website about the efficacy or results of using the company's products. BBB requested the business substantiate the claims per standards outlined in BBB's Code of Advertising (Section 34, Claimed Results). Claims as to efficacy or results which will be obtained by or realized from a particular product should be based on recent and competent scientific or other objective data. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate such claims.
As of this date, the business has not responded to BBB's request for substantiation about its advertising.

I would like a refund. I placed the order with them 11/5/23 and they told me that I would get the merchandise Monday or Tuesday. They call me Monday and I told them I have not received the merchandise, they told me to wait till Wednesday the latest. Nothing to the date. I have called them several times and they keep hanging up the phone. Finally, some rude representative answered the call and I told him I have not received the merchandise and would like a refund. He told me no, we cannot refund your the money. Why should I pay for something I have not received? I appreciate the cancellation, and would really like to be refunded. Thank

I just wanted to inform you that I ordered the product BE SURE FOR HIM and would like to let you know that this product did not do anything for me.. after talking with a few of your reps and assure this would help ...I ordered, paid $150. US . Very unhappy with your product as well as the free additional 8 pills blue bottle container. When I received my order one of the bottles I received was open ..?? I went ahead and took them as per the bottles directions.. but nothing changed, correct or made better for me.. Then I received a few calls from your reps.. offering more products to buy.. I bought the product and then they were selling me a seller..?? According to them I had to buy another product to seal what I already bought and took..??? Kind of weird... I paid.. ($150.00) then I needed something else..??? I wanted to let you know that after I took both bottles of pills.. It didn't change anything for me, I still have the small blue container with seven red pills; in case you want them... It was a WASTE of money!! I would like to leave a review about this product.. so people don't make the same mistake as I did, but can't find where I could write it... The Product is NOT GOOD at all...!!! I will NOT recommend it to anyone..!! Too bad I can return since I took all the pills as directed..?? Thank you, Manuel
