I have yet to receive the complimentary water bottle promised with my first order, which was supposed to be included with purchases totaling over $35. I have made multiple attempts to address this issue by reaching out via email, utilizing the chat function on their website, and contacting a phone number provided through their Instagram account. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve this matter have been unsuccessful as I have not received any responses to my inquiries. As the water bottle is essential for me to use their products, I kindly request assistance in promptly resolving this issue. Thank you.

I have had my Cirkul water bottle for 2 weeks. I absolutely love it.I average 66 oz of water a day which is a big deal for me... It just helps me drink the water I need plus a little extra. My cartridge has lasted me a couple weeks because I do keep it on one, I just like a hint of flavor. On cirkls website I just ordered a bunch of flavors, bigger selection on their website than you would find in a store. This is the best $20 investment that I have ever made in my life. You cancel the product 2 months ago they bill you and they won't refund your money after you've canceled already they suck they're too expensive and I will never recommend it to anybody is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with I will ask for if my money back for products I did not receiveCirkul Response

ordered two bottles and three refills and only received ONE bottle and one refill I also paid $5.00 fast shipping and got it a week late I cannot get anyone to email me back I had no idea it would be such a hassle to order from cirkulCirkul Response

They dont answer the phone and you cant leave a message for a call back. They have a lengthy music to listen to but then it announces the email address to use to contact them. I need a conversation, not email.Cirkul Response

I have tried to contact them with no success. I ordered some drink cartridges and one is damaged. I have tried to order on their site and the site assumes you want to order a new bottle everytime. Not at those prices!Cirkul Response

These people need to close up shop. Their customer service is nonexistent and they dont give two damns about anyone. Someone else paid for me and using Apple it autofilled and auto paid. No time for any change on transaction. Tried to contact them but its near impossible and when they finally get back to you they just say youre SOLCirkul Response
