      I have had Nuccio do my service on my Heat & AC starting 1992 when I moved to Tampa. They have put in 2 new start up in two home for me. #1 they do what they say the will do #2 when thing are good or bed they treat you like their number one customer, #3 I would not stay with any one for 30 years unless they are the best and over the 30 years the best price #4 THANK YOU Nuccio

      ****** came out today for maintenance on our A/C unit and I was very impressed and pleased with the work he did. He was very friendly and professional. We purchased our unit and a maintenance plan from Nuccio and weve been very happy with their service. I highly recommend them.

      From the time I purchased my ac units and thru every service experience including with **** yesterday I find Nuccio to be the best of the best of companies I have done business with. They actually go above and beyond to surprise you. I wish I had that experience elsewhere.

      I'm so excited to write this review the HVAC service I received from Nuccio Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc-Tampa. This includes customer service from the moment Pat picked up my call until Frank left my house with my system repaired. Faith is great, too. Only the thermostat needed replacement. There is no way I could let 2023 arrive without sharing what I learned over the past 2 summers and after calling Nuccio. Check out my story's outcome and HVAC won't ever be the uncomfortable, mysterious and expensive nightmare that I've experienced. Great news is I found Nuccio. My system isn't new but, as most HVAC companies would have you believe, it was repairable. Of the system's 3 parts, i.e., Condenser, Handler and Thermostat, only the thermostat had met its 'maker'. Parts repaired the condenser, and handler. Of the 3 companies I called, to waste my time, one sent a '12 y.o.' (2021) who informed me he knew how old my house is so knew I needed a new system. This was before he cleared my threshold! I've been screening against Covid-19 before scheduling. He told me he just got over Covid, so I shooed him out back (spraying Lysol), He looked into my condenser and said it was dead. Told him to repair it and he said he didn't know how but that a new sys would be a better choice at abt. $6K. I asked him off of my property. Second (2021) Tech was smart, but Mgr. wouldn't allow him to order the parts to repair my system; told him to sell me a $6700K sys. Third (2022) involved me spending $8K due to "supply chain" delays. If there's a delay, shouldn't I receive a discount for waiting? Gave them the model, serial #s and requested pricing. Said they'd search. Never heard back. BTW, the 'frauds' love it when the call is a senior, female and/or minority. The 'business plan' assumes those demographics guarantee a consumer who's too dumb to throw them out. If possible, wait for Fall. With Nuccio I asked for experience and got it. CALL NUCCIO; skip the stroke.

      I had Nuccio install new Trane units 2 years ago. When the second unit had trouble, they told me the blower motor was out but covered by the warranty. Labor was not. Took 10 days to get the part, then I was told it would be $590 to install. This was after the $115 service charge to diagnose the problem. They did give a 15% discount because it was warranty work. I asked the service rep to breakdown the $500 charge. She finally said they charge $240/hr and the job would take over 2 hours. The new motor took 40 minutes to install. The bill was still $500. When I complained, I was told that the standard rate to install a motor was $590 and the service rep had misquoted the charge. I was told I could pay the charge or they would remove the new motor and leave, even though the new motor was provided to them under MY warranty. This standard rate pricing is a scam. They recommended and sold me the units that they are overcharging to repair. I wish I had never purchased from them 2 years ago. Be aware that their standard rate pricing is simply a way to charge ridiculous rates for poor quality products. I wont allow them in my home again.

      I am sorry that you feel that we are scamming you. However, that is not the case. We did send you an estimate of what the labor warranty charges would be prior to us scheduling to install the warranty part. 

      The warranty labor that is charged covers not only the technician performing the work but also the travel to get there, the fees that we incur from the manufacturer to get the warranty part, paying the office staff that answered the phone calls, ordered the part and complete the paperwork to return the part before we can get our money back that we had to pay up front for the part. Unfortunately, it is the cost of doing business.

      We are also still dealing with supply chain issues in being able to get the warranty parts in a timely manner. As much as we would love to fix that issue, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer.

      A 10-year extended labor warranty policy was offered to you at the time of purchase of your new AC systems that would have covered this cost. However, it was declined.

      Nuccio stands by its work and its commitment to fix problems as they arise.

      Ronald from Nuccio air came out to service our unit yesterday and we couldn't have been more satisfied! He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he serviced our unit without any high pressure sales to buy a bunch of equipment we did not need. We have had some very bad experiences with "A+" air companies whose main goal was to sell a lot of unnecessary expensive equipment and did a lousy job servicing our unit. Maybe these "A+" companies could use a lesson from Nuccio about how to KEEP customers. They could use less advertising on TV and better customer service. Thank you Ronald for renewing my faith that there are still honest companies willing to do a good job without ripping off their customers.
