Tiger Team Roofing is the most professional contractor I've ever done business with, and I worked in the construction industry for 30 years. They put everything in writing and they kept me informed every step of the way. They do not ask for payment upfront, and the payment schedule is based strictly on the completion of certain steps along the way and is laid out in the original contract. I would never use a different roofing company in South Florida should the need arise in the future.

This company has you sign a contract that does not allow you to utilize their insurance when they s**** up your house. A Ghost waterline was hit causing a water fall into my house. My girlfriend advised the workers of said waterfall and they wrote her off saying some water is okay when we remove the roof pan. They refused to check it and when I arrived home about 25 minutes later was able to get the roofers inside and the water main shut off. It was also very hard to communicate with the worker due to them not speaking english. The ***** would not provide his insurance and refused to work with my adjuster to repair the house. His plumber capped the line and they replaced the roof. I have been in a legal battle with them for over a year and due to their contract I havent been able to move forward with their insurance fixing my home. 20k roof was paid for in full and now I have to pay 25k to repair my walls, ceiling, and since my kitchen is 10 plus years old, it is no longer sold at homedepot and costing me the above to replace/fix everything. Do your homework before working with this company. Oh wait its also my fault I purchased a home from the 80s with waterlines too close to the roof. You would figure the roof company would have checked my attic before installing a new roof and driving nails into the roof/waterlines. But no its my fault for being the home owner and its my fault for this employees writing my girlfriend off thinking she doesnt know what she is doing or speaking about. Maybe it was the language barrier. If anyone wants to come see the bang up job they did Im available in *******!

We recently selected Tiger Team to install our new roof. They demostrated to be very profesional and responsible. At the beginning, the office staff always informed me of every step involved in getting the permit approval from the *******************. ****, as the owner, always was available to answer my questions at any time. The crew , supervisors and those responsible for delivering the materials at the job site worked syncronized, as a real team.Last but not least, no money was required to pay up front! I recomended Tiger team to all my friends and I will not hesitate to contact this company again to install a new roof in the future as well. We had a very good experience. Thank you ****!

We have used *********************** and his crew at Tiger Team over the past five years. We have found them to have integrity, do high-quality work, be on time and deliver what they say and promise. Approximately five years ago they replaced our roof with a high-quality replacement. It has held up extremely well. Recently they have done an inspection and replaced a few broken tiles that unfortunately were damaged by falling limbs from a old oak tree. I have referred them both to family and friends without any hesitation. Repairs were completed as contracted and within the schedule provided, The workers were very professional and management always responded promptly to inquiries. I can't say enough good things about this vendor. We used Tiger Team for roof repairs even prior to hiring them to install our new roof 4+ years ago. Staff was always professional and friendly, which reflects well on management (shoutout to **** *****). We noticed a potential issue at the end of heavy rains last week, and *** (Service Manager) came out a.s.a.p. to assess the problem and dispatched a 2-man crew to repair it the next day (at no cost to us because of the new roof's 10-year guarantee). As with **** and ***, repairmen ***** and **** demonstrated exceptional service and patience with my questions. This vendor stands behind its work. I highly recommend Tiger Team's roofing services.
