            I contracted for a new roof install and had many reccommsensations. The price was good. The job was never completed. The first time it rained after new roof was installed my roof leaks ten times worse. The company took months to respond. When they saw the extent of internal damage to my home die to many rainstorms, they ignored me.

            ********************* has had a home inspector inspect her home, we have had a home inspector inspect her home and the ******************* has inspected her home. None of these inspections has found any roof leaks. ********************* has cracks in her ceiling caused by movement in the foundation of her house. We have multiple photos of these cracks taking 3 months before we installed the new roof. ********************* has filed a complaint against the building inspector and now against *** ********************************** We are now taking legal action against her.

            This is not true what they say in reply. All leakage did not exist, including cracks, prior to new roof install. I had one crack on roof ridge that was 2'3 inches long and is now 7 inches long. Also, all areas of second floor and now first floor are showing leakage every time it rains. I am also pursuing legal action. Also, have documented with photos the demise in the past 8-9 mos since roof was installed. McKeithen ignored me after coming to view damage in Oct 2021. Thank you!

            We have corresponding documents to all our facts, including permits, inspection, and over 90 before and after photos. As this is an ongoing legal issue, therefore we can not comment further.
