    I purchased a new vehicle with a maintenance package on December 31, 2022 from *************. The car has already been to the dealer two times for electrical issues. The last time the car was serviced the issue was supposedly solved and a three point check found no other issues, breaks included. The very next day, as I was pulling out of a parking space my breaks began to squeak. I immediately called the dealer and asked to speak with my service advisor, **** ( I should mention was absolutely horrible as my service advisor during the first visit.). He was unavailable and never returned my call. I then called a few days later and spoke with **** about my breaks, who advised me that my breaks were practically new and to drive my car at ***** mph and slam on the breaks, as this should solve the issue. How insane! Needless to say, the breaks are still squealing, in fact theyve gotten worse. I then called back and asked for another service advisor and came in in for an appointment a few days later. This service advisor informed me that he would check the breaks, but then printed out a company wide circulation that had been received by ************* back in 2018, about the possibility of breaks squeaking after a while. When he handed my the paper, he told me that this should have been made aware to me during the purchase of the vehicle. I agree, unfortunately this was not made aware to me. He also informed me that he would check the breaks, contact ******** and would get back to me, but its likely that they would just reference the notice he printed for me. I told him that would be completely unacceptable. When I retrieved my car that evening he told me that he was still waiting on a reply. Its been 5 days, no response from my advisor. The break noise gets worse by the day. The fact that this dealer is selling 90k cars and not informing customers of information that could be costly is unethical. I am demanding that they fix the issue of the break noise immediately.
