      American resolutions services call me at least 5 times a day, I answer they said I owe $750..1000.00 I asked them to send me the information by mail they said it would cost me $4000.00 to do that then I asked for the original contact information of the billing they informed me they don't have that information for me to contact them directly. they said I need to pay ****** a month or so but I told them I have no money, my husband passed away last year with his passing I also lost over $3000.00 a month and what I have is nothing I'm trying to stay in my house and not dlive on the street.I don't know what to do please help me thanks

      I called ARS to come to my home to repairs leak in my shower. They decided to replace my shower head with a very cheap one, not stopping leak at all, after 8 days the new shower head did not work, still have leak. They charged me for $514.00. I called to have them fix there mistake and the original leak, then out the blue they cancelled appointment. I asked for money back, in fact they eanted to charge more money I filed a dispute with my credit card people and found another *******. ARS was very unprofessional, over priced and did not stop my leak.

      This company came in response to me having a leak in the shower. They replaced my shower head for a very cheap one and did not stop leak. I had to call them and request they come back and fix it, having charged over $500 for not fixing leak and wanted to charge more to come back out. We set up appointment but they canceled it. I had to hire another company, who fixed the leak and replaced the faulty shower head with a good name brand and charged only $250. I want all my money back from ARS, they took advantage of a senior citizen.

      Since 08/2022, I had received medical care and filed workers comp claim with my job. From 2022 to 2024 no letters in the mail and phone calls from HRRG. Since Nov 2024, I got a collections bill. **************************** has reached out to HRRG to obtain the medical bills but refuses to release them but HRRG wants payment. Ive been getting the round around from HRRG and now they still wont release my own medical bills for a workers comp claim. HRRG needs to release the medical bills to my workers comp adjuster. They even refuse to talk to workers comp adjuster when I speak directly to HRRG.

      ARS keep saying I took a loan out in 2019 but I never did I can't prove it was someone else so now it's going on my credit and the representative was angry that I wouldn't pay it.

      Received a call from this organization on a family's members phone number and a business associate number. They called and made threats to family and friends to get them in touch with me and also left an automated message on someone's business phone. They will not let me know the name of the debtor they are calling for and just wants me to verify information over the phone in which I will not do. They are rude and unprofessional and continue to call form different numbers and will not give the information requested. This harassing nature is unacceptable and very professional and is causing chaos amongst my family and friends. I need them to stop.

      The woman who contacted my cousin today claimed she didn't have to listen to my cousin's gripe about the company's persistent calling; my cousin then informed her that she was "pissed" off by the constant harassment and the woman from ARS hung up. The woman claimed to have ties with the credit bureaus before hanging up and stated she didnt have to deal with that. She made a real threat of vengeance Urging to speak with a management, my irate relative contacted ARS again and dialed my number to hear the conversation. While I was on another phone, she called them so that I could hear them. I want you to know that I have requested this company to send me proof of any debt that I "supposedly" owed, but I have not received anything. Even though they haven't sent me bills or produced any paperwork, they have been contacting my friends and relatives for the past five years. My cousin questioned the woman who had hung up if she was the one who had hung up, and the woman confirmed that it was her because my cousin had told her that she was furious. The same disrespectful woman continued to remain on the other end of the line. You continue contacting my mom, aunt, cousin, our employers, and other family members, even though this is no longer her number, according to my cousin. Subsequently, the lady stated that she would cancel the conversation and falsely accused my cousin of claiming she was unfamiliar with me. My cousin clarified that she never said that; rather, she told the woman that this was her old number and that you continue to contact all of us. I have my doubts about the woman's claim that I provided them my cousin's number; after all, this isn't the relative I use when I need a reference. She went on to say that I am attempting to evade payment on three accounts held by her office. After that, my cousin informs the woman that it's unprofessional of you to share that information with anyone, even me. My cousin was abruptly cut off by the woman, who then wished her a good day before ending the call. It is unacceptable and unprofessional for any organization to act in such a way.       I returned a call to Accounts Resolution Services ************. I'm not sure I selected the correct location because they have numerous ones listed with the Better Business Bureau. The woman who answered the phone stated she was a supervisor. She then stated that I took a loan out on January 11th 2019 for over $4,000. They offered me a settlement of $973.41. I told them I was not aware of this debt and asked them to submit documentation of verification. She replied that it had already been sent, I asked her to resend it and she said "No". She said something about they've never missed sending documentation in 21 years. I repeated my request for documentation validating the loan and she said "no ***** I then replied that I would not speak with her further and ended the call. She knew my social security number and birthdate.I am not aware of a loan in ***************. I do have two automobile loans which I am current on. I'm not aware of any other loans. I believe this to be a scam. I also believe I am entitled to receive a copy of the alleged debt and I was denied this request.

      Hrrg sent me a bill. I mailed them a check on 1/6/2025 for *****. It was payable to HRRG. They cashed it on 3/27/2025.HRRG sent me another bill. I paid them ***** on 4/01/2025 payable to ************************** of SJ. This check was cashed on 4/09/2025.I realized today that both bills were for the same account number. They agreed to accept ***** to settle the original bill of *****. I called them and asked if I did indeed pay the same bill twice. I was told yes I did. It was explained to me that I could call them in 7 to 10 business days to see if I could receive a refund for overpaying. I asked if they would contact me concerning this matter. I was told to call and speak to the supervisor in 7 to 10 days to see if a refund would be issued. I explained I would like the original ***** refunded as a courtesy for taking money from me twice. Again, I was told to call back in 7 to 10 business days. I am filing a complaint with BBB because I don't think it's fair they took my money twice and won't return it.Yes, I made the mistake of sending 2 checks. I couldn't find a record in my checking acct of having paid them the first time. (They didn't cash the first check for almost 2 months) I believe this is because they had me make the second check out to Emergency Physicians A** of SJ. I truly believe they took my money unjustly.

      This company States I have a debt I received multiple calls from various numbers when I attempt to validate the debt I've been hung up on or given this information how am I supposed to pay a debt that's been handed off to a debt collector without having the original creditors information to validate
