Once an order has been approved and placed into production, products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Cancellations or changes requested prior to an order being placed into production will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to applicable manufacturer, administrative, or restocking fees. Deposits and payments applied toward custom-ordered products may become non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has begun. In the event of a product defect, damage, or warranty-related concern, Top Notch Window & Door will work with the applicable manufacturer and customer to address the issue in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms. Specific cancellation, payment, and warranty terms applicable to each project are outlined in the customer's estimate and/or contract.
