In March 2024, I dropped of my wedding bouquet for a flower preservation. They told me that was a service they provided and I paid for the service ********** the weeks and months that followed, absolutely no one from the business reached out to update me on my order, or notify me if it was complete.Nearly a year after placing and paying for the order, I called the business asking why my flowers had not been completed. The owner apologized for the delay and offered to deliver them to my home. I gave him my address and told him he could just leave them on my front porch. That never happened.A few weeks later I called again and suddenly the story changed. The flowers couldn't be preserved or the preservation was compromised, they claimed, when moving store locations. But their move was a year after I placed the order... so the story isn't adding up.They offered to reimburse me for the preservation cost, and I also asked them to reimburse me for the cost of the bouquet since that's an item I can no longer get back from them. The owner asked me to email the value of the flowers, which I obtained from the florist who made them, and I sent my proof of payment for the preservation.More weeks have gone by and no one from the business is responding to me anymore. This is a loss of something sentimental to me... so the least they can do is make this right by paying me back for the actual monetary value of what they've taken from me, without any consideration of the sentimental value.
