    Deciding to try Home Dental to You turned out to be a BIG mistake. They never provided the cost of the service upfront ($149.00)!!! After taking X-rays and beginning the exam I found the polking and prodding by the hygienist too uncomfortable and stated that I did not want to continue. She did not want to respect my decision and attempted to try to convince me to change my mind, including 1. asking me to continue with completing the exam and 2. completing the service with having a recommended fluoride treatment. I respectfully declined and left the exam room. The next day I received a text requesting payment for the ENTIRE $149.00 even though only half the service was provided. I've texted them back TWICE requesting an itemized bill with their only response being requesting payment for the entire amount for partial services rendered. While they have a St. Petersburg address, there is no phone number to call and speak with office staff regarding any billing issues. I'm hoping that the two-partner dental services team will respond to my repeated texts so this issue can be resolved.
