I filed a complaint for this company in error for which i am sorry. I did not see the review option. While the service person was very knowledgeable and thorough in the inspection of my leaking washer. No problems were found. The next day I did a load of laundry and had water on the floor. I called and was explaining what was going on and got the response that my check would be destroyed and to find another company for service. There was no offer to return. Just go away. They came the same day I called for what, to me, was an emergency need. They were professional, definitely customer ********************** oriented and did a great job saving me from having to purchase a new refrigerator. Mine is working perfectly fine.Review from PETER D

They did a repair on my fridge that was not needed and refuse to call me back to make it right. They charged me $460 and will not refund any of the money. I am a senor person and they as the pros. I will never use them again.

I had a great experience. *********************** delivered a new refrigerator as he promised within one day of my old refrigerator failing. ***** was quick, trustworthy and very customer friendly. We were very impressed with the service from St. Augustine ************************************** Repair Service. Our refrigerator went out over the Thanksgiving weekend and we called them for the "first time ever". We received a call back early Monday morning by ***** the owner. He worked us into his schedule and our problem was promptly addressed. Their service was excellent, they were prompt, and the pricing was fair.
