    drive-thru and experienced extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the employees.While placing my order at the speaker, the employee spoke to me in a disrespectful tone and displayed a negative attitude. He even rolled his eyes toward me during the interaction. When I asked for specific details about a sandwich and what it included, he responded dismissively by saying, Its the kids menu, without providing any clarification.When I arrived at the payment window, I politely asked for a straw, and he appeared visibly annoyed by the request. As I drove away, I saw him mouth the F-word toward me, which was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.Following the incident, I went inside the restaurant around 11:45 AM and spoke directly with a manager to report what had happened. Despite notifying management, I feel that the employees conduct was serious enough to warrant formal reporting. No customer should ever be treated in such a disrespectful way.Desired Resolution:I am requesting that this employee be held accountable for their behavior, as it violates basic standard of customer service and professionalism. I would also like confirmation that the business has reviewed this matter and taken corrective action to prevent future incidents.
