I want to write a review on the safeguard storage at 1115 East Hillsborough Street in Tampa Florida. Everything is going fine up until the point when the managers Lord and London asked me to write a review a good review but before I did. I asked both of them when my 2 month special was up I would like to get another special and not move to another facility and Lord said he would do that for me and London was sitting right there when he said it so I read them their review they liked it I posted it when it came time to get me another storage unit London said she couldn't do that but she remembers Lord and I talking about it in front of her and if she knew she couldn't do that then why leave me alone just so you can get a review telling me that you would give me another storage unit for a discounted rate. So when London said she couldn't do it but she was going to see if her regional manager by the name of Anthony could because he was coming to the facility on that Wednesday he didn't come I guess so when I spoke to her I asked her did she speak with Anthony and she said no no reason just no. So then I made a complaint to corporate. corporate call me back and it was a lady that I spoke with she said that she can give me a unit on the third floor that it would be $84 or $86 I can't remember which one I said that was fine and she said she was going to call the manager by the name of London at the facility and never did so it's been 3 days now that I've been waiting to move to the other unit but no one has a clue about anything no one seems to know how to get in touch with corporate or anyone in corporate that's what they're pretending to do London did say she spoke to a lady by the name of Jackie but Jackie did not speak to anyone in corporate so I don't know how she was able to relay a message to London. Basically I can get another unit but it's going to be at their rates duh.. who didn't know that. So the corporate number is not working it says it's not accepting calls
