March 1, 2022. I was on google and saw an endorsement by Savannah Guthrie and several famous celebrities regarding a free trial for a beatuy product with just paying the shipping cost of $6.53. I fell for the scam. I should have seen the red flag. A ticker/timer counting that I had only a few seconds to order the product. At that time my power went off. After my power came on I went back on line and my order was submitted for only the free trial of $6.53. I called the X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and I spoke to an agent Cesar. I told him that I wanted a refund, He stated that there is no refund. Then he hung up on me. I called the other phone # for corporate and it is not a working #. I am livid with this false advertising and scams. I called my credit union / ********** account. I have reported it. Why are these companies still in business taking peoples hard earned money? I have not received any products by mail to date. I want my money back. Total $ 47.05 that was charged on my **********. I am attaching the 6 order confirmations that I received via my email. On 1/27/2022 I responded to an ad for a free sample of Savannah Guthrie's skin care line. The cost would only be for shipping less than $6. The company Liva Derma Serum phone number listed does not function. On the same day, there were two charges on my debit card. One from BlueStay.N*StGeorgeUT for $95.85 and a second charge of $119.85 from Sustaine10*SUSTStGeorgeUt. Since requesting my free sample, I have learned this is a scam and want to know if there is any way of reversing these charges.Business response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/02/12) */ ***Document Attached*** On 2/12/2022 I received two packages in the mail (see photos attached). Nothing was inside the envelopes except the product. I would like to return the items for a full refund but I do not know how to get in contact with this company. Any assistance your office can help me with is appreciated. Thank you.Initial Complaint

A skincare product was advertised as being endorsed by Savannah Guthrie. I only had to pay shipping cost . Upon reviewing my charge card I was being charged $95.85. I did contact my bank and am notifying the BBBBusiness response
