I have been in contact with *****, and his team, and hired them for a move, that was a very easy within 1 mile move from home to home. During this time, there was extremely negligent care taken of all our assets. There was furniture left on the curb because their truck was full, that could've easily been mistaken as free for a pedestrians taking. During this move, there was also damage done to multiple dressers, including a very expensive designer headboard. The leather was ripped heavily, and wasn't brought up until I brought it to their attention. At that time, the mover sighed he was caught, and said i'm sorry and expected me to move on. I've since been going back and forth with their so-called-insurance company that's laughable as it's taken 60 days to respond. Their response was they pay 60 cents per pound for any damages. What an absolute joke. 5k worth of furniture damaged, and you want to pay me $50? I've since argued this is not in their terms or conditions signed by me, and they are no longer communicating, as I've called them out on their own lies. This companies criminal, and should be held liable for my damages, other customers, and beyond! STAY AWAY.

Expedient Movers has explained the refund rate which is directly stated in the BOL/paperwork signed by this client. The legal binding contract in which explains this refund process was signed on all parts by the client in question which resulted in the refund offered. We can not force anyone to sign this agreement, so the client was well aware of what they were signing off to. We have done everything we can to resolve this issue as a company.
