    We were given a quotation #SO29744328 for Comodo EV Code Signing with USA shipping specified. Now, we were provided an invoice from *** for international customs fees/duties because they made the corresponding shipment from ****** instead of the *** as they quoted. We asked them to pay the customs fees since an international shipment was not a part of the order and they are (so far) refusing.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Comodo SSL Store has not agreed to pay for the international fees as invoiced from UPS. 

    They quoted us domestic (***) shipping, we accepted this quotation, but then they made an international shipment to us without authorization from us.  We have been billed by *** for this international shipment (included to you in the original complaint) and are seeking them to pay for this unauthorized charge.

    Ordered a 3 year code signing certificate for over $700. The media device was sent to a wrong address and signed by a person with no relationship with my company (see the attached *** tracking). The vendor refused to reissue the certificate, which should cost them almost nothing to do. The delay of the certificate will affect our business tremendously.

    In August 2022 we paid for a code signing certificate . The certificate was never issued. We contacted SSL Store multiple times but no success. Now we are told that it is too late for a refund and they can provide just store credit. We do not need store credit. We will never purchase anything from this company and we would like our money back. We paid them for a product, which was not delivered and they have to return the money.
