      I have tried to reach out for 3 days straight and have sat on hold ranging from 45 mins to over an hour, only to get people who claim they don't have my policy and it is thru Progressive. Progressive has their info on the declarations page! No one will even listen to me and will transfer me before I am able to get a full sentence out. They literally could care less and Progressive will not speak with me because ASI holds the policy! What am I supposed to do if I want to cancel and go with a new company? They make it impossible to talk with someone so you give up and get stuck with their substantial yearly increases on a tiny Villa that shares a roof structure with neighbors to where our HOA puts money in a pool to replace the rooves every 10 years! Since 2021, it has gone up literally 350%.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, They deserve 0 stars. They do not care about you, they want your money and they do not want to pay you when you actually need it.

      I think this insurance is horrible, my kitchen flooded and the water was dripping through the ceiling into the basement, and the end result was this was preexisting, lol what a joke do not use these people

      If i could give 0 stars i would. They refuse to take in account any and all evidence i submitted and have made multiple false claims about the evidence i have submitted. There is no chance we are ever going to come to an agreement on it as they flat out refuse to look at any additional info i provide and have considered my claim closed. I collected all the info and submitted complaint to the state with all the evidence waiting to hear more back on that. Their adjusters won't return your calls and only way you can get them to respond is to call the main number and complain in which then someone will likely call you back finally. I would never tell anyone to use ASI as home insurance ever. Progressive auto i've never had an issue with so thought they would be just as good but i was wrong.

      We had a tornado come through our area on June 15th 2023. Progressive has been a terrible company to work with. While houses all around us have new roofs, siding, gutters....we are still waiting. We had to fight with them for every *****. We have had 3 different adjusters, they've been rude, unprofessional and not helpful. We are already looking forward to dumping this HORRIBLE insurance company as soon as all our claims are paid and closed. It's no surprise Progressive ASI has such low ratings in customer service.

      Horrible. First they come out to repair some gutters from wind damage, they notice a trampoline in my yard and next thing you know I get a letter in the mail they are going to drop me if I do not remove trampoline from my property. So I did get rid of it. Next issue a few years down the line have a plumbing issue and water leaking. They fix that and OVER a year after that claim I get a letter in the mail stating because I have cast iron I am being dropped from their insurance! I cant even believe this kind of thing is legal. Seriously. They dont deserve ONE single star as this is the biggest load of garbage Ive ever heard.

      Terrible customer service. Can't explain any fees or show authorization for documentation. Agents on the phone are clueless and will turn rude if you take too much of their time.

      Zero stars and i wish i could have another insurance company. Progressive has been giving me the run around about my content for about 3 months now. I have been passed around to three different content adjusters. My hole caught fire april 2023 while on vacation. I didnt know when filling out the content you had to put the years or months to it. They depreciate all my stuff my 50%. Instead of the first content adjuster send the papers about and calling me to acknowledge my mistake and have me do it over. Nope she keep delaying me and i would email every week regarding and she would tell me Ill be done by the end of the week. Well three weeks went by and when i sent a message to her she told me my case was passed to another adjuster. Im heart was crushed because i knew the cycle would have to start all over with my content. Then the second adjuster left. Now Im on my third adjuster and they dont answer phone calls, dont return call, and i emailed asking if email works best and she will email me back stating she will call me. I never hear from her. I wish somebody higher up could answer me and make this right. I looking for help and there is nobody to turn too. I pay my money faithfully every month just to get a slap in my face. Single mother with three kids and have been displaced since April. Where is the justice in this company to do right and fix what has been wrongly broken regarding my policy.

      I have had Progressive Insurance for my Auto and Condo since I bought my Condo in 2021. The Condo payment came out on 5-12-23 and the auto would come out on 11-12-23. As in the past I got reminders on line that the Condo payment would be coming out of my **** card on 5-12-23.AND IT DID. I then get a cancel notice on 5-12-23 at midnight that no payment was received. I have spent the time since 5-12-23 trying to resolve this problem. After calling Progressive many times and even filing a claim with the **** Department of Insurance I have not had the problem resolved. Progressive told the **** Department of Insurance that this was my Auto and not Condo. They Said they have no way to charge my **** as they have NO WAY to store the numbers. I still have gotten no where with the **** **** of Insurance. The bank that has my **** finally credited the $271.00 back on my account. Immediately, Progressive tried to charge the same amount $271.00 and I reported the card lost to keep them from doing so. Next Progressive said this was my Auto payment and cancelled my auto insurance. Now I am without Auto insurance and no one will insure me. They suggest Progressive.
