1 starI paid $2650 for nothing! Not one ***** was deducted from our tax debt! Not one *****! My husband **** out his retirement hoping for a resolution and then when we said get a court date because of denial the lawyer said he couldnt do that. He knew that he couldnt get that reduced because they said my husband committed fraud. It was after denial that the lawyer told us this. I got all the info together and sent it to him twice! They wanted more info so instead of him saying they had everything he passed it off to me to do. Dont go with this group. Just do your research! I thought I had but unless your case is simple then you will be in the same boat as me. And if you were convicted of fraud they wont reduce any of it anyway. Client owes a sales state tax debt and hired us to submit an OIC. The client was challenging the assessment based on husbands purchases and selling of vehicle. we explained we will work diligently but cannot guarantee the outcome. Client wanted to move forward. We executed 100% of what we were required to do as services were performed with 100% of what the client contracted us to do. You never informed us that we could not go to court if they rejected it OIC. Mr. ******************** should have made that clear. I told him from the beginning if it was refected we wanted to go to court. I did set up payments and was paying like agreed. Mr. ******************** knew court wouldn't need an option but never informed me. Do NOT use this company!! Mr. ******************** did not try in my opinion to get this reduced!Review fromSoniya w
