    Last September we hired **** from G&K Gutters to gutter our new home. We paid him $2300.00 and we were promised a Lifetime Guarantee. Our Gutters went up and I saw that he was spraying some white paint on the front gutters and really did not think too much about it. When I investigated I realized that all my gutters were scratched looking like the rollers in the machine had some dirt or debris in the machine. With a Hurricane coming and then another on the way we really had other priorities and besides we have a Lifetime Guarantee .
    I called **** and he said no, it was bad aluminum and that it was the metal manufacturers fault. I even offered $1000.00 if he would just come back and fix it. I am done talking and waiting

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Funny thing is I referred him to my son -in -law 3-4 months ago and he was all over that roof like a spider monkey.  I never could get through the "phone number" on the website so I called his sister who does the estimates. ****** **** ************ ******************** and told her of the issue. **** called after his sister got the pictures and **** stated that he would be tied up until February 2023 and can get to it then, He stated that he knew they were damaged when he installed them but it was the Aluminum from his supplier getting sub par products due to covid. So I did reach out to someone and he did say he would be back to make it right in February 2023. So I guess I need to hound people to do what is right I guess. 

    I want $1000.00 to go toward a reputable company to re-do my gutters.

    Good Afternoon..

    To *** ******** I want to first apologize that this is even a matter of misunderstanding and miscommunication. Also, I'd like to extend my apologies to the BBB that you had to be involved in this matter. I know per *** ********** email of complete unsatisfaction of the gutters being scratched was the only problem. Gutters are however functioning as promised and pd for. I would have liked the opportunity to explain to *** ******** that i had/ have a medical issue. So i tried to reach out and reschedule. I really just want this behind me. A upset customer, I do not like. I feel all in fairness to each of us is that I do what we talked about a month ago.  He has a great gutter job, I can make it better with the, now normal gutter material.
