Zito Realty LLC has been an excellent choice for representing our home. He has been on top of our property with numerous open houses and showings. He is the only realtor to get a contract on our property. He is in constant communication with us and presents all opportunities. James is amazing! His enthusiasm and dedication had us hooked immediately. He made us feel like we were family. Sold our house in less than 2 days… unbelievable!!! Throughout the entire process, from initial visit to closing, he kept us updated on the process and any hiccups were explained and fixed with professionalism. James went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful for taking such good care of our interests! If we ever have need of an agent in Florida again, we will most definitely be calling James!Zito Realty LLC
