RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Run the City Prints, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns For Non-Custom Items
*Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return non-customized items.
*Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
*The original proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
*Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
*Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
2. Customized Items Non-Refundable Policy
*All customized and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.*Since custom orders are made specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
*If a custom order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a possible replacement or repair.
3. Deposit Requirement for Custom Orders
*In certain cases, a deposit may be required before production begins on custom orders.
*Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased and work has started.
*The remaining balance must be paid before the order is shipped or delivered.
4. Exceptions & Disputes
*If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
*We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if items do not meet the return criteria stated above.
*If a dispute arises regarding returns or refunds, Run the City Prints reserves the right to make the final decision on any claims.
