  Contractors web page reviews have been filtered because they are all positive, but one. I find it difficult to believe I'm the only customer to have this experience.
  The job began a week late. This Contractor was on time maybe twice in 6 weeks for a 2 week job. Excuses were given as to why he'd be late or could not make it on a scheduled work day.
  There was an agreed signed contract including start and finish date. The terms were changed a week into the project needing more money for labor. An electrician was hired at a total of $1,500 dollars, who wanted an extra $2,500 dollars to complete wiring of a fan and move switches; same worker was also the plumber. We were asked to pay him directly, which we refused. We hired A Better Builder to renovate a bathroom, which was to enlarge a shower stall, install a vanity, required plumbing, tile work in the shower and on the floor.
  Owners purchased all the supplies we were told we needed. There were many extras supplies needed and didn't know about. The extra materials to complete the job would be purchased by the contractor and estimated to be around $800.00. The materials purchased by the contractor exceeded $1,800.
  Money aside, the work site was a complete disaster. Master bedroom floor was never covered, will need to be replaced sooner than later. No protective covering on any of the furniture, which was moved out after a week of demolition. This was never explained or expected that this was going to happen. The garage was made impassable with all the supplies left on the floor. Zero consideration taken for someone's home. My property was left like a garbage dump after some work days when they came to work.
  Conclusion: Contractor was asked to remove his tools - job over!
  No Shower, no toliet, no vanity no grout and incomplete electrical work.
