            After Hurricane *** my insurance company, Tower Hill, stated I needed to use one of their "preferred" contractors for my roof tarp. I called and make the appointment for 10/9/22. At no time was an estimate given to me prior to the work being done or when they company arrived at my home. They spent 30 min putting up a tarp and several sandbags. I did not even see when they left, that's how fast they were done. The did not even secure the tarp properly and left gaps where rain could come through. It was not until my insurance processed my claim that I saw the invoice for the tarp placement for $3116.00 which of course was deducted from my insurance payment. I have also filed a complaint for price gouging with the Attorney General's office. It is sad when there are programs that were offering this service for free that a company, not local to the area, would come and take advantage this way.

            This company did an awesome job for ** today here is *********** in Desoto county. Our insurance company called due to an emergency and they showed up within 24 hours notice and on time. The two men were professional in all repects. They were polite, helpful and efficeint in their work. Due to some issues after Hurricane ***, the company were able to wrap the entire house to protect it from the elements. I would ******* reccomend them
