I have 2 vehicles using my car every other weekend.The ******* tires are at 95% worn after 16,000 miles? Wheelfire feels there's nothing they can do ? Dear Sir or Madam: I have purchased wheels and tires at wheelfire throughout the years for my Jeep Wrangler and my 2016 Mercedes Benz E400. I use the Benz mostly every other weekend where the car presently has barely 19,000 miles. I ordered tires and wheels for the car costing me roughly in the amount of $3,000. I went by what make of tire to go by from a person by the name of Matt when it comes to low profile tires; I believe he's a manager/supervisor at wheelfire. I recently called and spoke to Matt that the car's tires are wearing out before their time being that the mileage on the tires were at 16,000 miles. He suggested for me to take the car to a local tire shop called Mavis in Wayne, NJ and speak to a manager call Corey to get the tires evaluated. I bought the car there and Corey put the on the lift to check all tires and the suspension on the car. He agreed that the tires are definitely worn out too soon and added that there was nothing wrong with the suspension of my car and gave me an invoice stating the same. He told me that there's nothing else he can do on my behalf since I didn't purchase the tires there and that where I brought the tires should be the place that should be able to assist me. I called Matt and faxed the invoice that states the tires are worn before their time. I didn't hear from Matt in over 2 weeks after faxing the photos of the worn tires along with the Mavis invoice. Matt tells me that Mavis is a ******* dealer and they should've been able to help me with the issue? I reiterated to Matt that the tires were not purchased at Mavis but purchased at Wheelfire and that Wheelfire also is a dealer and that wheelfire sells as a wholer seller as well. His reply was that they don't make the tire and to contact ******* Headquarters which I had already done and was told by ******* HQ's that wheelfire is the one that should be able to help me as well. What Matt told me was that he would speak to the ******* Rep. and get back to me. I waited and waited and Matt never got back to me. I once again called Matt and wanted to find out what the situation was to solve the issue. He then told me that he would get back to me that day. He never called me back so again I called him the next day. What Matt then tells me was that he would sell me 4 off brand tires I never heard of at a price of $770 plus shipping? I replied to Matt by saying that the solution to my situation was not to simply buy 4 off brand tires. He felt that he was giving me a "good price" and that he couldn't do anything else for me. I again told him that I wasn't buying another set of tires and that I never even heard about the brand of tire. Desired Outcome

I feel that the situation can be handled in various ways. Since the tires only have 16,000 on them, which would be 33% usage since on average, a tire's life expectance is roughly on the low end of 45,000, that a proration as to money in the amount of 66% would be fair. Then I could buy the tires at Mavis, where I would have a better experience. The worn tires I presently have should have a guarantee warranty, I believe. The other option would be a total replacement of a brand tire, such as continental tires or Michelin tires. The tires that were suggested to me at the time by **** are the P ZERO Pirelli tires that go for $250 a piece plus tax and shipping; these tires recommended to me by **** were not cheap.

I ordered some rims for my car and they threw a perfect package together for me for the low and it came fast and they were packaged good thanks wheelfire for the the sweet deal!
