  This is the worst company, I bought brand new house come with the septic they install with 3 years warranty but it fail from day one, with series problem but the main one is high water alarm keep on. Start with no power to control I call them they said I need call electrician. When electrican came out he said some thing wrong with the septic it keep trip the braker, then they sent technician out clean all connector and pump water out of pump chamber and replace the pump took them 2 week could visit to replace pump and use electrical tape to connect the pump at pump chambers, months later alarm on again they came out reset control and said high water alarm on because after big storm water saturation and power out so I wait for 2-3 weeks the High water alarm til on . Call them they them took days to came out dig and poke at drain field again reset control and left, weeks later I start notice my yard has water come to driveway from the drain field they not response until I sent them a picture and video from crack pike in the drain field the dig last time, call them took days come out and replace the crack pipe. And weeks later my high water alarm come on again call them , they said now they charge service call $195 for every time they come out but my system til have warp 3 year and the problem from the start keep repeat that mean I have to pay service indefinitely.   Im writing this review from a house full of kids, dogs, and with no running water and no septic system because of the shoddy workmanship of Tampa Bay Septic. We put down a contract with Tampa bay septic in February and they didnt come out to replace our drain field til May. When they did come today, they sent out two inexperienced young people (teens by the look of them) to do the job alone, no supervisor, and they broke our water main. They then left the job site without fixing it or providing ** a place to stay. When we said we were here with kids and animals, they said not our problem. Read the contract and drove off, leaving ** with a gaping hole and a house that doesnt function. The supervisor, ****, was unresponsive to requests to talk. Wed go to a hotel but we paid $7000 for this system, $1500 for tree removal, and $1200 for sod, and weve got nothing left not that this company cares. We got quotes from several other folks, and I wish Id gone with them. Learn from our mistake. The best quoted price does not mean that the company quoting it stands behind their work or cares at all about their customers.
