    On 5/2/2023 I paid A-Team trappers $2,245 for bat removal services. They came by once on the roof August 2023 & were supposed to return & check to see if problem resolved. They never came back! I was told & their website reads they will come inspect the attic for dead bats & clean any Reminence left from the bats, including ***** matter. I began to notice extreme bat activity during mating season, even MORE than before. This tells me the colony has only grew. I called them to tell them, no one ever came back & we indeed STILL had bats & even more then before! I was told Law prohibits them from doing anything until Aug, so I had to wait. They told me to call back in ************* would come back free of charge & remedy the issue. I have been calling, emailing, & leaving messages since Aug 1, multiple times a day. No one is responding or answering. Not only is this an issue with the thousands of dollars I spent on a service that they never followed through with, or completed; but this is a health hazard! There is a huge colony of bats in my house with my children.

    We have a Bat infestation at our home and we contacted ATeam Trappers to help us with this issue. They said that due to the fact that are an endangered species and the fact that theyre mating period goes from May 1 to August 15 of every year that we would not be able to evict the bats until we had the permission from the **************** wildlife and got a permit to allow A Team Trappers to get rid of the bats. ***************************** was in the hospital two times due to the toxic issue of the bats being in the home and breathing in the toxins from the bats. Therefore they had to stay in a hotel for 2 to 3 weeks while A Team Trappers was working on the issue. we have been trying to get A Team Trappers to get back to us in regards to the permit for ******* wildlife and preserve but we have not been able to have them contact us. We have left 3 to 5 messages at the office and Ive done emails as well. They are refusing to reach back out to us, and they have failed to keep their promises more than 2 to 3 times. Therefore I would like to file a complaint as the bat issue is back to as bad as it was when we first contacted them the cost of their eviction of the bats was $3577 which was paid to them and after that was paid, we received no further contact from them whatsoever. Me myself and my wife, ***** and my daughter ***** have both contacted A Team Trappers on multiple occasions and they have made multiple promises that they did not follow through with. The resolution that I want is for them to get rid of the bat infestation and to return phone calls and emails as asked. Ive spoken directly with ***** and ***** but now I am receiving nothing but unkept promises- no management is EVER available to speak with and I am at a dead end as they do not return calls at ALL

    A Team Trappers charged my credit card without my authorization. Their warranty is one year but after dealing with them for 2 weeks, all we wanted to do was have them off our property. They are very quick to getting your money as soon as possible and twist words and statements around to their advantage.
