      I ordered my snackcrate about 5 days ago as of making this review. I have not been able to login to my account that I created, whenever I do try to login it gives me this error message "An error occurred while processing your request.", I tried logging on my computer, phone, and even tried different browsers on it devices. I have also not been given a order confirmation, tracking details, or anything. I have contacted them on there support email shown on page "https://www.snackcrate.com/contact-us/", about 3 hours ago. If I don't not get a response from SnackCrate this week I will be filing a dispute with my bank.

      DONT DO AUTO PAY! Find a different snack Company! HARD to cancel..their button doesn't work and they KEEP CHARGING YOU after your agree sign up time! If you buy as a gift..mske sure they are getting their GOOD..I'm learning people aren't getting boxes too! NEVER AGAIN.

      This company sent an email saying they were going to increase the size of my original box order and increase my monthly charge from $24 to $45/month. The email went to my junk mail. The company said if they didn't get a response from me they would take that as my consent to increase the charges to my credit card. When I realized what happened and asked for a refund they said there was nothing they could do for me. Disappointing customer service and the snack quality was poor, e.g. chip bags were deflated.

      This company’s marketing relies on racism and offensive messages. Their latest was an MLK ad with the title “LAWD HE HAD A DREAM,” implying MLKJ had a “chocolate dream.” Very poor taste and insensitive. I left a review on their Facebook page, and commenting on their post. Both were deleted but not before responding to me with condescension and calling me “dear.”

      They have a promo for a free snack crate that sends when you sign up for a subscription which seemed awesome so I did it, except it wasn’t just a subscription. It signs you up for the subscription PLUS a 6month contract that they throw in there. The entire time you’re signing up it comes off as an subscription unless it’s in the fine print somewhere and let’s get real, no one reads that which is why companies get away with things like this instead of being straight up. Their customer service also pulls the passive aggressive customer service tone and makes it seem like it was your doing. They are not polite.

      I ordered the fully upgraded shack box in may it’s now almost July and no box yet. I sent an email over said box and got “don’t worry it will be there at some point” as for the tracking it’s been stuck on haven’t recieved item even though it’s been supposedly through customs for a week. It’s been a fully trash experience would not recommend

      I bought a subscription for my daughter for Christmas. The 1st box came in time for Christmas, which was great! The January, February, March, and April have all been late! And by late...I mean she didn't receive until the 20th or later the FOLLOWING month....but believe me, they are NEVER late taking my payment! I call every month and there is ALWAYS an excuse why they can't ship out the same month that I paid! For April, I was assured it would be here by the end of the month....and no surprise it is still not here! They are ridiculous!!

      On April 20, 2023 I got the $5 box. It still says processing. And I was already charged $17.99 for June. I’ve emailed and called and no one will respond to me.

      Ordered items on 4/16, still no estimated shipping date. I was initially told to wait 10 business days, after that the USPS was blamed. USPS tracking and customer service advised that they don't even have the package yet. Then I was told that there was a customs issue...despite the business being based in Florida. Then i was told that USPS was requiring more paperwork, then i was told that there was an unforeseen shipping issue. I commented on their Instagram posts and Tiktoks about order status since they shut off their customer service phone lines, only to have the posts deleted. This company is the epitome of a scam. They make you sign up for subscriptions at discounted rates only to NOT deliver on the product.

      This company is a joke. I ordered a mystery box.. Then I looked at my card statement and they also charged me for monthly WHICH I NEVER ALLOWED. Cancelled sub. Called card company and they reviewing and refunded me my money.. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM
