    Ocean Point has been there for me when I need them. The team is very professional and attentive to my needs. When I find damage to my house due to a storm, I call them first. Anthony has been amazing every time I've reached out to him (his number is stored in my phone). He's handled my claims timely and thoroughly and he ensures that all of my repairs are covered per my policy. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help after a storm.     Wow! Eli and Judy are FANTASTIC!!! We had a stellar experience with using them to help our Family recoup from damage from the 2022 Hurricane in Florida. Eli walked my Mom and I through EVERY step with care and concern, patience is DEFINITELY a virtue!! Eli helped our Family MAXIMIZE the funds the homeowners insurance absolutely would NOT have paid and we KNEW they would limit what they would pay for their own benefit. Eli's tenacity to do the BEST for his clients is real. He was on-time for meetings, took calls, answered questions, spoke to/met with Insurance on our behalf, and sat at our Family table treating us in the kind way you would want your Family to be treated. TLC at a time of loss is key! He never once "sold" to us, he didn't have to. His approach was stellar and his wanting to do the best for us was clear. Judy was a great help too, her kindness and TLC was clear via phone or any other message. There is NO way we could have navigated this loss without Eli, Judy and Ocean Points Claims! THIS was a VERY wise decision for our mental health, our sense of loss, and our decision to build our home back up to a safe haven of peace. THANK YOU will never be enough to Eli & Judy!
