    My wife and I have been looking at several homes in West Palm Beach, Florida. We contacted Graham Bailey to inspect three different properties. He is extremely professional and has a very professional team of inspectors who assist him, and does a very thorough job pointing out everything one would need to know to make an informed decision. His detailed reports cover code violations, mold, water damage, roofing, plumbing, permits, and comprehensively goes over potential issues minor and major on the homes. As a result we chose not to move forward with several of the properties as we could clearly see they’d require a lot of capital to repair. He’s well worth the money as we don’t want to pay retail for a house, and then be stuck with more issues than we could handle or want to deal with in the near future. Can’t recommend him highly enough and will be using his services again in the near future to insure we find the right property for us. **** * ******* *******

    Graham and his team have inspected two houses for me for a total of three times. They did a great job! They promptly relayed the facts with very clear descriptions and photos. They were a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely use them in the future!
