    We should of believed the comments about this company being racist. The moment the tech saw who open the door his demeanor changed as if he didn't expect black home owners to be in this area, he did not fixed anything in our home didn't even bring any tools with him he tried to refuse to cover his shoe when offered shoe covers before stepping in the house he touched 1 button on the thermostats literally in our home for 10 seconds surveillance shows it all and wanted to charged us $280, Florida Breeze company is shady a tech was not needed to do a home visit we could of press that button, but they try to send workers out to collect service fees for doing absolutely nothing ratlher than directing us on the phone our home is brand new not even 2 years the ** was not broken we just didn't understand the settings and no manual was left detaiIing anything important. I ADVISED ANYONE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING ESPECIALLY IF YOUR R**E IS A PROBLEM TO THEM to cut the story short Police had to be called and we will be following up.

    I am sorry you feel this way. You refused to explain that the police report was filed by us because you refused to pay the bill. You called Florida Breeze with a service request which we fulfilled and explained over the phone what the charge would be for us to come out there. You agreed to this charge. When we came out we saw that you had reset the thermostats logic programming, and once he programmed it properly he verified all modes of operation and performed a complimentary drain line cleaning/treatment. You then refused to pay the technician and when the service manager contacted you we asked you to pay the service call fee you agreed upon and you refused. At that point, we called law enforcement for theft by deception. And as far as you accusing us of being racist that is false and deformation of character. We will have our attorney look into that and be in contact with you.

    Worst HVAC company around. Improperly installed my unit 7 months ago. I had it inspected and gave them the report on how to repair. Instead of fixing the leaking ducts thats causing mold throughout the attic and for me and my child to be homeless, the put mastic on a ton of wet material and didnt fix anything. **** one of the technicians lied to my face multiple times. Do not use this company. Its awful and they shouldnt be allowed to be in business

    Although you can not hear the audio you could see this racist individual flip me off at the end. I am in fear of my safety as this racist individual was in my home aggressively speaking to me because I asked him a question. His response was "you people are so dumb, i'm not going to explain it again!" That is when I called my husband on the phone. It was not until I said I was going to call the cops if he didn't leave my home that he left.I am completely shaken up by this event AND WILL NOT LET IT GO WITHOUT SEVERE CONSEQUENCES!I am filing assault charges and any other means necessary! Do not hire this company if they employ racist!

    Florida Breeze is going to attach the video that was sent to us that she claims shows his aggression, racism, and him flicking her off.  She sent it without audio and you can clearly see that the service tech did not flick her off.  We heard his side of the story and we have listened to her side and the husband's side. We apologize for what she believes happened but we can not see or hear what she says happened or is being said in the video she sent us.  The tech has worked here  many years and has never had any complaints.

    As a senior citizen[74]i made some negetive comments about this florida breeze business,i apologise sincerely to the fine people at this business,i followed a son in law who wanted the job for his friend while Florida breeze rebuilt me a nice A/C system working as good as it gets for past 5 years,i regret passing old man/old people judgemen on a very fine business as florida breeze,i fully take that complaint back and hope florida breeze find it possible to forgive,as i need them now and future...thanks again as i said in the completion of the a/c unit Florida breeze...

    I had Florida Breeze put in a new air conditioning system in 2019. I called them today because I could not get the air conditioner to turn on. They Told me a service call would be $105. They arrived and drained water and were gone within 20 minutes and charged $230 !!! BEWARE !
