    On March 31st 2025, my car was towed from the top floor of the parking garage of the apartment I live in to make room for pressure washing. In towing my vehicle, Airport Towing damaged the front bumper of my vehicle. The damage is visible from the front and underneath. After contacting Airport Towing, they said they would fix it in their shop only and I would have to pay $600 to have it repaired. My apartment complex, The ****** at ************************, is unwilling to assist me in pursuing repair from their contractor. I am running into a roadblock on both ends. I need my car brought back to its previous condition by a ******* certified dealer. The dealership repair shop estimated $2,382.81 in repairs.

    Hi,

    This was a relocate for cleaning of the parking lot. The owner failed to move his vehicle as required and the vehicle was relocated to a different parking spot.

    We take pictures prior to moving vehicles. This vehicle had prior damage and we take no responsibilty.

    I know the damage was not existing before the tow as I do look at my vehicle every day. I would like to see the before and after photos as evidence that the car was damaged before the tow. If the photos back up your position, I don't see why you refuse to attach the photos of before and after the tow.

    The damage you caused is still not repaired or even compensated. A police report has been filed against Airport Towing and the general manager, ******. An attorney is involved and legal proceedings will follow as the refusal to provide any assistance is evident.

    One of their drivers backed into my parked car. He accepted fault and wanted to stay out of insurance claims. I agreed. He told me to see ***** his manager at their facility. When I got there ***** didnt like that I wanted the information about the shop he would use. He told me to trust him. Based on other reviews I dont. I just wanted the name. He became enraged and said go through insurance. Ill just deny it anyway like I always do. My insurance company has been trying to reach him to get insurance information and he wont return call. Its been over a month.

    On Saturday October 26th, 2024 at around 10 in the morning. I ubered my way to Airport Towing Service in ******* ** to retrieve my vehicle after it had been towed away at an apartment building. Upon arriving I started to make my way toward the impound lot but was still in the vicinity of the entrance. I was then yelled at by the employees who started to verbally harass me and call me names. I was called a f***** and was told to leave the property all because I was walking to the property. I tried to explain to them that I was here to retrieve my car and tied to deescalate the situation. Thats when one of the employees went inside to call the police and I was left with the other employee, who continued to verbally harass me and assault and told me to leave. To my understanding I had done nothing wrong and came to just retrieve my vehicle. He was holding a sandwich and due to all the stress I had experienced I quickly slopped it away. This is when he came up to me and knocked me down it the ground and pinned his knee on top of my head. I was struggling to breath and was pleading with him to let me go but he was telling me that if I was talking Im breathing ********** came shortly after and replaced the employee and put me in handcuffs and questioned me. I explained my story how I arrived to pick up my car and they started to target me and harass me and thats when it escalated to me being assaulted. The employees have a different story saying I was the aggressor and was trespassing. I was booked into the Orange County Jail for battery and was bailed out later on by my family. We had to get a notary release form for them to release my vehicle and they behaves extremely rude to my family when they picking it up. This business is constantly causing a hazard to the community and I fear that someday someone who falls victim to their violence isnt going to be as lucky as I was and could end up seriously injured or leaving a scarring impact on their mental health.

    I have provided as much evidence as I have at this moment. I would like to preface this by stating that I am afraid of retaliation from this company and would greatly appreciate every avenue of anonymity that you can provide me. I have paid over $500 in cash to Airport Towing for two separate encounters with this company. My car was towed twice without proper notice, leaving me to call the Orlando PD thinking my car was stolen. One of these encounters I was out of town and accrued around $300 in towing + fees. The bill of one of these encounters is included. I had to walk over a mile to an ATM because Airport Towing specifically told me they only accept cash payments, a violation of FL law. I have also been informed that Airport Towing's base tow rate of $135 is also in violation of state law, stating that base tow cannot exceed the sum of $121. I believe you will have no problem in finding a multitude of violations committed by this predatory company. The amount listed below is an estimate for your sake as I am unable to locate the second bill at this time

    Towed my car after I had permission to park where it was and then damaged the bumper and tire/rim. Ignored my phone calls and emails. Went there to speak to the "owner" and experienced the worst type of ignorance and customer service". He tried to blame the damage on someone else. The month before, one of their drivers towed my *************** car and the driver let the car fall and hit the neighbors car and damaged it and then told her she could keep the car it she paid him $50 and not say anything. We have witnesses for this incident as well. Very nasty unprofessional people!

    On Friday december 1st I walked out if my apartment to go to my PT apt (I have a disability) I have to go to PT every week. I got out and saw my car was not in the garage Floor I parked my car in. Im a resident a C. View apartments. ***** view did not give me a notice or anything that they were going moving the cars. By law they have to serve a notice at the door notifying the resident with at least 24 hrs notice. Thats normal residents without disabilities. They did not notify me and asked airport towing to move my car and many other cars of the residents in the building. Airport towing damaged my vehicle in many areas and my vehicle is not drivable. I have witnesses 6 witnesses of what happened Friday. I called the towing company many times since friday after calling the police I attempted to call againg. I was constantly dismissed mistreated they refused to provide their insurance information so we can file a claim 6 times and did not provided the contact information of the manager. To day I called again a woman was very rude. She told me "I dont care" "shut up" and hung up on me without giving me their insurance information. The contact information of the manager or anything. Then I got a call from there a man that did not identify himself that wanted ti speak to me but in Spanish. He was disrespectful,dismissive and hung up on me. They are liabel for the damage. The more days I miss work, my child with special needs misses therapy and gets affected at school the worse it will be for this bussiness. We will all unite and give statements to the media outlets and file complaints whatever is needed until we get a fair resolution.

    My car was towed by airport towing on 11/12/2023. I went to pick y car up on 11/13:2023. I left my wallet and gun clip in the car. I went to get my car the next day my wallet and my gum clip is missing. I told the manger about it and he said that the driver that towed the car didnt get it. But I know 100% that someone took it because I leave my wallet in the car every night. Then he proceeded to tell me that if I knew how many police reports that he have they would be out of business. I just want my items that was in the car we it was towed. There being very nasty about and how there talking to me. Like Im stupid

    I was sold a 2007 jeep patriot for $2,000. When I got home to review the papers, I notice that Jay (representative) added $500 to the price. The vehicle was sold to me with @ice cold air “ the day after purchase, no brakes, no air conditioning, and other problems. I contacted Jay and he offered to switch the jeep for a Toyota Corolla and told me not to worry about payments until the switch of cars was made. This all transpired in 2021 October-December. I’m January of 2022 Jay called me for a payment. I had COVID and he told me not to go in. I then made several attempts to make payments and he stopped taking calls from me. In September2022 the jeep was damaged by hurricane Ian and was a total loss. I contacted Jay, after making only one payment to him in the amount of $150 and asked him for a 10 day payout so that my insurance could pay. He revised to calculate my $150 payment and charged my insurance $2950 payout instead of $2800.

    The car was not wrecked, it was flooded by hurricane Ian. I made a payment that was not documented. The business is a tow company that could have been repossessed at any given time. I did exactly what was asked of me and held payments until the car was switched out. Which it never was. I’m owed $150 otherwise, you made off with more than the car was sold to me for.

    My car was illegally/legally towed on 1/16/23 while visiting my friend in a place with no marked spots for the last ten years. Regarlesss of my agreement with the towing, there is no reason for threats from the employee to my girlfriend for opening the gate, when we had announced our quick return from the atm, to receive threats that he was “strapped” and “ready” for a crazy girl coming into private property… we had previously been there and communicated we would be back shortly with the cash for the tow… his threats were completely unwarranted and shocked my girlfriend because they were not only unnecessary but wrong and not becoming of a business or employee. Period.

    I am rejecting this response because the answer is wrong. They know very well that I was there I gave time and date… around 3am on Jan 17. Black Honda Element. My vehicle was towed. We went to the lot. Very clearly “we will walk across the street to get cash and be back in 10-20 minutes”. When we arrived back, my five foot girlfriend opened the gate about 5 steps infront of me and the employee began throwing threats like “i don’t know who this crazy girl is but I’m strapped and I’m about to shoot you you can wait outside” - to saying things like “I just won’t give you your car you can wait until morning “ “your girl is about to be shot I’m strapped and ready” etc etc all very unacceptable answers so the man who was working on 1/17 at 3am should be held responsible because we did call the cops and file a report this is completely unnecessary and I don’t like the answer of how the tow company is trying to play it off. Very wrong. Unacceptable.
