    My wife, *************************, and I purchased a timeshare share at Mountain View Resort, in *******, **. We find promises made at the time of sale have not been kept, in particular, the quality and availability of the unit and the amenities are insufficient. We have been unable to trade our unit for other vacations. We have been unable to sell, gift, or rent the unit. We initiated a conversation with *********************** at Mountain View, in March, 2023, informing her we wish to forfeit the unit, cancel the contract, and return the unit to Mountain View Resort. **************** explained the property was being transferred to another company. Subsequently, we discovered the company is Lemon Juice Solutions. We initiated a conversation with ********************************* with Lemon Juice Solutions.As of the filing of this complaint, we have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter. Several times, phone calls from us have not been returned. Several times, we have been told a resolution cannot occur until Lemon Juice Solutions transfers the Mountain View database to a Lemon Juice computer system. Deadlines for the database transfer were suggested by ******************. Those deadlines have not been met. The matter remains unresolved.

    Good Morning,

    ****************** has called  several times about relinquishing his timeshare.  *********** had to meet with the board to discuss their plans going forward with the timeshare. There was a board meeting and it was decided that the ***************** would take back deeds for owners that want to give it back at to the ***************** at cost of $295.00. ****************** was asked to call back after the meeting, which all owners were invited to attend, for the boards decision.  

    ****************** did not call me back since the meeting.  The ***************** would be happy to take his deed back and not charge his the legal fees of $295.00.  He has been very patient with the Association and we understand his concerns.  

    Please have ****************** call me and I will go over the process with him. Thank you.
