  I had the absolute fortune of working with 3 Guys Solar for the second time, and I truly can’t say enough about how incredible this team is. This was a deeply personal project for me—adding solar panels and a battery pack to my home—and the entire process was seamless, quick, and wonderfully timely.
  
  From start to finish, they actually got everything done ahead of schedule, ensuring I could take full advantage of my tax credit without any stress. I worked closely with Luis and his amazing staff, and the installation team’s dedication to high-quality work really showed.
  
  Now my house looks gorgeous with these beautiful panels, and the battery is an amazing bonus that gives me peace of mind. Everything is just perfect, and I’m incredibly grateful to 3 Guys Solar for their care and expertise. Thanks to them, I feel all set!

  At initial contract and installation 3 Guys Solar, business ethics was phenomenal. All reps and office management worked extremely well to produce a satisfying experience. They ensured me my bill will be down to zero when I installed in 2020. Fast forward 5 years, I have a REMOVED Bill of $241 due September
  5th and to top off my frustration, I had to hire another company to add more panels to offset 3 Guys Solar lack of producing energy. I have emailed and tried calling 3 Guys Solar multiple times. I even had another Solaf company (Sunrun) call, to no avail. I feel, I have no other choice but, to write this
  disheartening review. I trusted this company with my home and my money and they let me down. I can count on one finger my Duke Energy Bill being at zero. What a disappointment hiring 3 Guys Solar was.

  We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Ms. REMOVEDconcerns and are truly sorry to hear of her continued frustration. Her solar system was installed in 2020, and our reviews over the years have confirmed that the panels and inverter are functioning properly. We provided her with production reports showing the systems performance, and we have remained available to answer questions and offer evaluations as needed.While solar reduces reliance on the utility company, monthly bills can still be affected by household usage, seasonal changes, and utility rate increases. Since her installation, REMOVEDhas raised rates, and natural shading near the home has also contributed to reduced production at certain times. These factors are outside of the equipment itself, but we understand how they can impact expectations.We remain committed to assisting Ms. REMOVEDWe have offered to conduct another full evaluation with her most recent utility bills and are open to reviewing any additional recommendations to ensure she continues getting the best results from her system. Our goal has always been to support our customers long after installation, and we welcome the opportunity to continue working with Ms. REMOVEDto address her concerns.

  In response to 3 Guy Solar response, with much respect, I would like to draw attention to the promises made and not kept. I understand REMOVEDprices may have risen since installation but, that doesn't excuse a multitude of energy bills ranging from $100s to $200s dollars since installation. I have felt little to no savings switching to solar as promised. In fact, I have spent more more paying for solar and also paying my high energy bills. Yes, my neighbor tree may have cause some shading but, 3 Guys Solar reassured me, the tree would not be an issue and now apparently the shading is causing limit solar production. Another factor is power usage. Nothing has been installed that would pull more energy. No pool heater, deep freezer or anything in that retrospect. POSITIVE NOTE: REMOVEDfrom 3 Guys Solar is actively trying to resolve my problem since I filed a compliant with the BBB. We have a schedule meeting set-up for August 28th, 2025 at 4pm.

  Our solar install from 3 Guys Solar was fast, affordable, and professional. We were matched with 3 Guys through a program from Solar United Neighbors which provided group pricing discounts. They were less expensive than the quotes we received a year earlier and the system they proposed was the largest Tier 1 system we could use.
  
  In our first month, our panels produced far more electricity than we expected. Our total cost for electricity was reduced from several hundred dollars the same month last year to just $5.01. As the peak cooling season approaches and the AC will be running more, we don't expect near-zero bills over the summer. But that will change as fall approaches and we get into winter. We will build credits through net metering that will offset most or all of our electric usage.
  
  Overall, we are very impressed with the care and quality of service we received from 3 Guys Solar and highly recommend them to others.

  Solar panels installed 2years ago. Have had 0 problems since installation with panels working or app which keeps you informed of all aspects of your system.
  Have been through 2 hurricanes with no leaks or panels coming loose although I am in Central Florida and do not get the brunt of these storms.

  AWESOME!! Our experience with 3 Guys was simply AWESOME from start to finish! The entire process from the moment we initially spoke to our knowledgeable and professional salesperson (J e f f), to the minute we were completely hooked up and enjoying our newly installed Solar equipment with new super low monthly electric bill, the entire process, was streamlined and easy. The staff and owners of 3 Guys Solar are easy to work with, and they're REMOVEDwho know ALL the ins and outs of the most advanced and efficient Solar equipment panels and options, and let's not forget the helpful and meticulous installation crews.. everything was just terrific!   Amazing sales to installation experience. Our sales representative REMOVEDwas thorough in explaining the product options and benefits, financial assistance program, and the steps to achieve our desired project completion. The financing application process was seamless and clearly explained along the process. Once financing was approved the permitting to installation timeline was just a few weeks out. The installation crew and supervisor were professional and ensure the worksite was clean and organized at all times. A year later once we saw the trends on usage and energy production we decided to expand to capacity for an additional buildout we completed on our property. REMOVEDasked if we planned for future build extension on property that would require electricity access and recommended the ideal capacity unit that we could expand at a later time. Would highly recommend 3Guys Solar to help you research the best option for your home and personal needs.
