Rentes Beware. If I could give a 0 I would. I never lived in the home, but the realty agemt asled me tp co-sign in order to increase the income on the application. This is absolutely the worst property management comany for renters I have ever seen. The rent is due on day 1 and they charge you a $100 fee on day 2. If the rent is 3 days late, they post a notice of eviction. Which you are charged a fee for.My son was in the hospital for 3 weeks, and that was enough time to evict him and rake all of his possessions out the the house. When he got out of the hospital, he had nothing but $1700 in move out fees. And yes, he did call them and explain he was hospitalized,

************** is a former tenant, who routinely paid rent late, and was under eviction at the time they abandoned the residence. His father, **********************, was his co-signer. We do not ask people for co-signers to increase the income, however a co-signer may be required if an applicant does not meet the income requirements, as was the case with ******, who applied at the same time as his father. Rent being due on the 1st of the month, as well as the late fee penalties, are both clearly defined in the lease ****** signed. Yes, if rent is not received by the 2nd of the month, and there is no communication from the tenants, we post the 3-day notice. If there is continued silence from the tenant, as was the case with the *******s, we proceed with filing the eviction. We are sorry that ****** was in the hospital, but we were never informed of that fact until after the owner of the property retook possession after receiving information from the neighbors that the residents moved out. The only communication from either party was from **** on October 11, 2023.Additionally, the residence was abandoned with a plethora of personal property and debris left inside and on the patio. There was evidence of a female and child living there despite that never being disclosed to us, which is a lease violation. Mr. ******* currently owes $11,388 for back rent and damages to the property.

Ms. ********* was interested in a vacant property and applied.  There was another application submitted, but not approved, prior to her application being submitted.  That application was subsequently approved.  Ms. ********* was told her application was valid for 6 weeks and she can move it to another property, which she did.  Unfortunately, the same situation existed with another application being received, but not approved, at the time she submitted her application.  That original applicant was approved.  We offered to move her application to another property, but she stated none of our available properties were in an area she desired.  We attempted to refund her application fee, but the refund transaction was declined.

Scammers is about the only word I can use to sum up this company. Upon move in I took pictures of everything thing possibly wrong with the unit. Upon move out I got a bill for over $2000 for things that I took pictures of and sent to their company which was confirmed as received through email. After 4 attempts at contact, I finally received a message back from Zhaira ** ***** who was absolutely no help. After ME having to send more pictures to prove the issues and being told that they did not have to send me pictures of their findings I stopped contact. In the end I got $850 back but still paid around $1500. I debated court but most likely will not do so. Bottom line, if you are getting a rental and they are the company you have to use then look elsewhere. I only found one person from the whole company who offered any help but sadly he did not have much pull.

Realty Medics is the worst company to ever rent from. When we moved out- we paid for a cleaning service ($250) and ******* ******* ($149) so we would receive our deposit back - Do you think we got it all back - NO - we had to send several letters and fight with pictures I had taken and still they kept some of the deposit with their ready made excuses. I would never recommend anyone to rent from them unless you want to pay all the maintenance costs throughout your lease and then they keep the deposit charging you move out fees. Never would they answer their phones or return emails. I would give a zero star if available. Just to make a point - I never do reviews - this is the first review I've ever posted. Renter beware.

Tenants beware!!! I've rented two properties through The Realty Medics. The first time was 2018-2019 without incident. The second time was 2021-2023 with an incident. Due to my credit, I was exempt from paying a security deposit. Signed up for the Obligo program. When we moved into the house, it was not suitable for occupancy. The walls were covered with crayon marks and kid boogers everywhere. The oven, refrigerator, and other appliances were not cleaned. I recorded all discrepancies on the move-in document and took numerous photographs. Fast forward. The lease expiration date has arrived. Before moving out, I had professionals clean the home, took photos, and emailed the receipt. It is known as C.Y.A. (Cover Your *ss). Thirty-days later Obligo informs me via email that I owe over $2500 in "damages." I told them to prepare for court, as I will not be paying them any money because this is obviously an instance of "landlord unfair charges." Bottom line, if you are authorized for no security deposit, be prepared to pay Obligo at the end of your lease because The Realty Medics will report "damage" to the home and try to charge you thousands of dollars. When there is no evidence of "damages." If this happens to you at the end of your lease, fight it as I am, however, be sure to have evidence. Take photographs before moving in and out. At the time of move-in, make sure you write down all the discrepancies at move-in and retain a copy for yourself. Again, C.Y.A. Prepare yourselves, The Realty Medics, because I am going to fight until this is resolved in my favor. I will provide an update once the "landlord unfair charges" issue has been resolved.

The worst by far. The scam is such I won't recommend this company to anyone. I rented a property in 2021 and 2 months ago ended the lease. This house has never been renovated. Old everything that's why it was the cheapest in the area. We sent detailled pictures of everything that was damaged or old to the manager att, light fixtures, doors, walls and the stench of cigarette that was nauseating. As soon as we moved we had to get rid of the smell, bought new toilet seats shower heads painted the garage, and cleaned the entire house. The previous tenants had dogs that scratched doors and walls. This house was build in 1994 has been sold a couple of times and never seen new appliances or remodeling. Now this company want me to pay $3000 to replace light fixtures, cabinets repaint the entire house charging us $90 for light bulbs. Almost $800 to repaint cabinets almost $400 in cleaning, I left the house in better condition then when I got it, I still have the pictures we took back in 2021 and how I left it when I moved out, But I realize I am not the only one whom they've done this to. It's a common practice with this company read all the reviews it's the same story, and to think I was going to recommend them to a friend and family members. It hurts to think that they are going to renovate that house with my money. After sending all my before and after pictures to the new management still they continue to charge my wife and I all this money.

I was a tenant for 2 years and they changed management on my property about 5 times. The property managers don’t answer their phone and they don’t call back. Even if you send them an email. They never respond. I was the first tenant to rent the property that I was in. Construction did such a horrible job with the house. I don’t know how they passed the city inspection. When we got there, two weeks later, the Breaker wasn’t working properly. Dish washer and disposal stopped working. They put the mail box on the wrong side. When we called they took about 2 weeks to answer back. They said the disposal and dishwasher was our responsibility. They never came to fix the mail box. The mail lady said she will hold our mail until we move the mailbox. We had to do it ourselves just so we can get our mail. Then the dishwasher and disposal stop working again. They send someone, he “fixed it” then a few months later it stopped working. They sent a guy. He said the breaker was loose that’s why it keeps happening. I emailed management telling him the breaker needs to be replaced. He said according to maintenance, it’s fixed. Even though I told him it’s a problem every other week. Nothing was done about it until we moved out. After we moved out we got charged for $499. We got charge $50 for light bulbs, $99 for move out fee. I have never in my life been charged for moving out of a house. $399 for not draining the Ac. We got charged because the ac handler was loose. After I email them about the charges. They couldn’t provide proof of the receipt for the light bulb and for “fixing” the ac. They charge for renewing the lease. Why would I get charge for renewal a lease? I got charge $35 per month for rewards that they never reported to piñata. It was supposed to help me with my credit every time I made a payment on time but realty medics never confirmed my payment. Stay away people. Save yourself stress.

Here is a snap shot of our ongoing tenancy. We moved into a house with the following: Generally dirty throughout Sticky dirty tiles Sticky dirty carpet Filthy shower with broken tap, Shower glass that you couldn’t see through AC not working After a few weeks of complaining and having spent $1k on portable ac units the AC ran at 90 decibels. Way above noise ordinance laws. Almost a year later it is still the same. Moldy leaky washing machine has not been addressed. Black water running from all taps. Cold water taps running at 90 degrees. Loads of lightbulbs missing, Fan in the living room loose and can’t be used. Paint and oil all over garage floor. As tenants we have been ignored and treated like crap. If this is how they look after your home you should be extremely concerned. If this is how they treat their homes they must live like pigs. If you complain as a paying customer they will go ******* **** * and tell the homeowner not to renew costing them money. If you try to call they ignore you or pretend to be in meetings, getting their minions to lie on their behalf. If they do reply by email they ignore most points and tell you what a great job they’re doing. Unprofessional lizards doesn’t even begin to cover this shower of ****
