Had to repipe from meter to house.***** Was very efficient and completed the job in a day. Not an easy task especially going thru trees and shrub's not to mention a drive with rocks for ground cover and under the sidewalk.Glad we checked BBB for the reviews.All back to normal now!!

The day after re-piping job was done, I had to call because my dish washer had no water, ended up running a dry load before I found out. I requested and was told I could get a copy of *******'s insurance coverages, If some thing happened, I didn't want to have to file a claim with my insurance company, my rates are too high already. Never even saw a copy of insurance, much less receive one. I understood the inspector would be coming the day after job was done. They didn't even call the inspector until the job was almost done, and by then he was booked for 2 days. Having to wait for the dry wall work to be done until after inspector clears the job; and then having to wait for 24 - ***************************************************************************** place- by then my daughters week end is over, she is back to work. Who is going to do all this moving?? I have limited mobility, and a bad back and can't lift much. We had our time planned, and the work was scheduled 2 months ago. They had plenty of time to get their ducks in a row. I walked around with one tech to make sure every thing was sufficiently moved out of their way, and they still found it necessary to take a picture down and let it get wrinkled; the boxes I had last minute items placed in got wet, towels hanging out of their way now have to be washed. I wish some one would have told me how much of a mess their cutting dry wall and drilling holes would make. Why was it necessary to be foam spray on my kitchen window? Why did they take my bath room rug, (which was placed out of their way) and they put it on that dirty floor to put their tools on. The backs of the large mirrors were dusty when they took them down, and they rested one against my bed which has a white coverlet that now needs washing too. It's common curtesy to ask before using some one else's things. I would have said yes if he had asked if he could use my connector and electricity to charge is phone; I think he was rude.

Hi ********, thank you for your concerns. We have returned the same day to resolve the dishwasher issue immediately, per your request. Also, we usually do not provide a copy of the Certificate of Insurance unless you request, and you did not request one. All our vehicles have the contractors license along with our website that will provide you with information you may need. I know re-pipes are a little difficult because they have to replace the water lines and could be messy. But the technicians clean as best as they can. The holes are covered once inspection passed. Should you have any questions or concerns you can contact the office.

Chris ********* showed up at my house early on 9/6/23 to repair a leaking main water line. Repair was done quickly and beyond my expectations too.
