    I've literally just unboxed my chair, but it is beautiful and feels durable! I also love the easy to pack carrying case it comes with; this will be super handy when traveling or storing the chair. The customer service and communication was AMAZING! I had initially been told the turnaround time would be 5-6 weeks, however in working with the company, they were able to expedite the processing of the chair and ship it so fast (at no extra charge to me), in plenty of time for an event my company is hosting! I will use and recommend this company in the future! Thanks!

    I have rarely had such a bad experience with a company, and they've done nothing to fix it. 1. They bait and switch you with the shipping. It says it's free, but I got through the purchase, and then the next day, I received an email saying that they were going to charge me an extra $150 for shipping. To their credit, they waived this fee after I told them it was unacceptable and that such a high cost needed to be talked about upfront, especially when people use financing to buy their product. 2. The table was delayed several MONTHS, and the only updates I got were when I emailed them every few weeks. I ordered in October, and it took until February.3. Their website claims they schedule delivery. THEY DO NOT! I got a call literally 5 minutes before they showed up. So, I, a disabled man, had to figure out a way to unbox my 350-pound electric table on the sidewalk outside and cart it in myself without help. 4. When I emailed them to discuss why they didn't schedule my delivery, they basically lied and said, "Oh, well, we tried to call you one time." I have phone records. That never happened. And if they did try to call me, then why did they only call once without leaving a message? Unbelievably unprofessional. 5. They also lied to me about the shipping company charging me extra. They said there was an extra fee for delivery, but they waived it as a courtesy. I called the shipping company because the delivery took 10 minutes and I couldn't think of a reason there would be extra charges. It turns out that I was right. There were no extra charges, and customer service lied to me to try and make me shut up. 6. I told them about my disability, and they said to me that if I had an issue with how they did things, I should have paid extra for the "white glove delivery" option. So, according to them, I should have to pay extra for disability accommodations when I wouldn't have needed that if they had communicated with me appropriately and I could schedule help.

    We are sorry you have had a bad experience. We certainly try our best to accommodate all clients as best as possible, but alas there are many moving parts to any custom made order. For example, your custom made table is built in a factory in ********** by the manufacturer and delays may occur and are stated in the email confirmation we sent you. We apologize delays may happen; many manufacturers are running behind schedule. As far as all shipping issues, we certainly tried our best to rectify all issues, as you know we do not control shipping companies but we try our best to coordinate. The fact they showed up with a 5 minute call ahead is unacceptable, and we have addressed our concern and disappointment with them. Lastly, our shipping costs, if any, are highlighted on the product page and our shipping policy. We clearly state that it is not free shipping for all products, and we always strive to inform customers immediately if this is the case. Again, we apologize for the negative experience and hope you will trust us with your future business with the understanding that there are many third parties involved and it is thus never an easy or perfect science. We thank you for your business and patronage and ultimately for choosing us and not someone else.

    Amazing customer service! John and Martine communicated immediately and kept me informed as to any issues and delivery progress. I received my table so quickly…and it was gorgeous. I love this company and highly recommend them!!

    I browsed tones of websites and I am absolutely happy that I’ve chosen BuyMassageTables.com They are above and beyond in professional communication and all updates about the order. In time delivery , perfect condition. And what impressed me as an esthetician- the quality and amazing smell of vanilla. Believe it or not - I opened the box and the table smells amazing.     I had an awesome experience with BuyMassageTables.com from start to finish. I have owned my beautiful Earthlite Ellora Tilt Mobile massage table for a week. This was a big purchase for me and I do not have any regrets. Table came in perfect condition; within the time frame promised. Communication was excellent and Anna in particular was wonderful! Whenever I had a question, it would be answered within the same day. Im extremely picky when it comes to customer service andI highly recommend BuyMassageTables.com for all your massage table needs.

    I purchased the electric Silverfox America 2200D massage table from buymassagetables.com - the experience was fantastic start to finish. Anna ***** was available to walk me through the entire process, even checking with the manufacturer to verify colors with actual photos of the product. Anna even followed up after I received the product to confirm my satisfaction. I highly recommend.
