      Was transferred to this 3rd party who booked my room for 2 days in ************. I ended up canceling and booking just one day before the cancellation date. I was assured that there would be no fees as i cancelled in the required time frame. When I checked out, I was charged for 2 nights. Apparently the individual who booked my room instead of cancelling my 2 nights and rebooking for 1 night addended my existing reservation to one night which does not count as a cancellation so therefore i still had to pay for 2 nights. What a scam!

      ***** ******* was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! He booked me in ***********, ** instead of ***********, ** that I asked to confirm the address. Because it was prepaid and non-refundable. I was stuck sleeping in my car for the night with my daughter.

      I became one their "victims" of being deceived! This is yet another form o scaming people out of their money. Not only does it end up costing more when they add their fees but getting my money back is a ridiculous nerve racking process! I told the guy to hold off on making it final until I am very clear that I understood everything due to his accent, and he said that he already booked it and it was non-refundable!! I was too angry! I told him to do whatever needed to be done to cancel this because at that point I realized that something wasn't right. He connected me to another person who then contacted the hotel. Cancelation accepted, but now I had to wait 7-10 business days for the refund. On the 10th day, no money, 11th no money. Calling the hotel they said it actually was made with Priceline!!! Oh great! After more calls i again was told to wait another 7 days! These people are nice until you go against their flow. This is another way of scamming people out of their money! I have tickets for the event but my hotel money is held up by yet another party. MINUS 5 stars.
