      For a little background...I had used Rotech/Rhema for CPAP supplies years ago. I stopped using them after experiencing issues. At the time my account balance was $0. Two years later, I received a bill from them for ~$50.00. I called and explained to them I had no outstanding balance. However, being that 2 years had passed, I did not have access to documents or information to prove that the bill was in error. I relented and paid the bill so as to not be hit with any credit issues. Fast forward to today. In error, I have received 3 separate bills for supplies. My insurance company **** specifically stated that my Patient Responsibility is $0.00. The bills are for $63.71 on Feb 21, 2025, $63.71 on Mar 21, 2025 and a bill for $55.17 on May 21, 2025. I contacted the provider 2+ months ago about the Mar and Feb bills and was told that they would be resolved promptly. That has not occurred. I spoke to a Rotech representative today that informed me that the bills had been resolved, however they still are showing on my on-line account. The claim is that there is a glitch in their IT systems. As is evidence by the numerous "BILLING" complaints registered on BBB, this is likely not an error but a purposeful attempt to generate additional income from their patients.Furthermore, you are not able to download supporting documentation from the website. That in itself is a red ******* aware that Rotech is not an honest company. I am considering filing a class action suit against the company to force them to stop their unlawful billing practices.

      I have ordered **** supplies for my home cpap machine. I went in person to order over a month ago in person and ordered all the supplies that were available for ordering and due. After approximately two weeks of waiting without delivery of supplies or update from the company on status, I phoned the company and was told they would contact Rotech central and get back with me. That didn't happen. I called a few days later and was connected to Rotech central and was informed the order was not input correctly and reordered the supplies. And was informed that I would be notified by email when order was being shipped or if ithey needed extra authorization from my primary care provider. I waited over a week with no delivery or email for extra information they may need. I phone this past Friday and was told they were still waiting on insurance authorization. Meanwhile, my CPAP headgear holder has been torn for several weeks now and not one supply in the mail. Thats UNACCEPTABLE. I would appreciate assistance on expediting this matter so i can get quality sleep with the supplies that I'm paying for .Sincerely, ***** *****

      Oxygen company ROTECH HEADQUARTERS IN *******. This is the worst company. You call the customer service number ************. No one answers the phone. Leave a message no one returns your call. But if you call billing, they answer. I was given service by one of my doctors in November of 2024. It's now June 2, 2025. I've had empty Oxygen tanks since December. I have medicade insurance. Now they want to bill me for march and may. For rental fees. Let's skip over April. Are you kidding me! I have empty tanks sitting here. This company should be shut down. We're talking about OXYGEN!!

      I have used Rotech for approximately two years or so. They have notoriously overbilled me. Despite contacting them almost monthly to resolve issues from billing to trying to get money back that they owe me- they are outsourced so I can barely understand or communicate with their department. Currently I show that I owe close to 300 dollars despite me telling them that I am covered by insurance. The insurance company said that Rotech has not been sending in this info to them. Rotech says I have a credit of over two hundred dollars. I was told I would receive a check within 10 business days. Yesterday they told me it would take 30 to 45 days to receive this money- that they had to process it and that the process started on May 13. Could not tell me what the process is and told me they couldnt direct deposit the money. Communication within this company is horrendous. After Im sure I receive my money I will be changing companies. One of the worst companies on *****. Emotional and financial strain.

      Im filling a complaint regarding Rotech Healthcare, from whom I received my CPAP supplies on Oct 2025. My insurance provider, ******** has confirmed they paid their portion and my out of pocket was meet, leaving me no balance according to my coverage. Despite this, I received a bill from Rotech Healthcare stating I owe a balance.I contacted Rotech Healthcare and provided documentation (EOB) from my insurance showing payment was made and my out of pocket was zero. However they continue to pursue payment from me without resolving the issue or explaining why they believe I owe this amount.This has caused unnecessary stress, and I am concerned that continued collection efforts may impact my credit. I am requesting that Rotech Healthcare correct this error, confirm that I have a zero balance, and cease any further billing or collection efforts.

      My mom has had her Oxygen machine that she needs to survive since last April 2024 and the machine was provided by Rotech. In June 2024 my mom relocated to ******* when the loss of her sister occurred. At that time all of her doctors was transferred to Emory here in *******. All doctors sent in the required orders/information to Rotech. Her insurance with ****** was then changed to ******** and ******** effective June 1, 2024. There were no issues. In January 2025, we were informed that insurance was changed to ********** Blue Shield, of which we were not aware of, so she has now ********** Blue Shield and ********* All of this was sent to Rotech January 28, 2025 when we were notified of the change. Here it is May 28, 2025 and we have been getting harassed by Rotech *************) stating that they have not received any Billing or doctors orders and that they need to pick up the machine. My moms doctor, Doctor **** ********* has sent in all orders numerous times to Rotech and all ********** Blue Shield and ******** information have been sent numerous times. Also, when we call Rotech Billing at ************ (spoke with ******) they have stated that they see all orders and all billing and nothing is needed and was not aware of any issues so they in turn transferred me to the local billing office at ************ who are the ones that are harassing us and we never get an answer. Dr. ********* is well aware of the harassment that has been going on with Rotech. This company is incompetent, keeps sloppy records and for the most part should not be in healthcare business. I will continue filing harassing charges against this company. All doctors should remove all of their patients from them and business should be pulled from them immediately. They have been showing up to my home as if they are the repossession folks and threatening us and I will be calling the police the very next time they show up to my home.

      I was connected by a provider. They were saying that their name was patient direct pharmacy and they were wanting to help me with my injuries that I got froma car accident so they were asking me to sign a form to give my information to the licensed doctor and I did also as soon as I signed the form, another page popped up that was not there when I first read it and it looked like they were to put a lien against my settlement and take my money. I also spoke to them and asked it is gonna involve my settlement. They said noits not the insurance pay for your products and then I immediately called them today and spoke to two agents that were very disrespectful and rude me and I told him to cancel the orders they told me that they have to call upper management then hung up on me and now the phone numbers are out of service! Phone number one is ***************** Phone number 2 is ***************** And the pharmacy that I was told that will send the prescription and she left me a voice mail that number is ***************** That number is still in serves the other two say disconnected I have my claim number with progressive which is how Ill be getting a settlement for my sever injuries claim Number with progressive ************ Phone number to progressive maybe you can ask them if they were contacted by anybody stating they are with direct patient or direct patient pharmacy! *************** Thats progressives number Ill attack the form that I signed and as soon as I refreshed the page a different form came up! And I had asked multiple times will this effect the settlement Im getting they said. No I have recording I just cant attach the recording Ill attach a photo of the address we received some medications.

      I am a Veteran, went in to have treatment for blood clots in my lungs, in February 2025, they delivered my oxygen equipment the night before I was relased, they left 22 small oxygen tanks, 1 tall tank on *******, and one big oxygen machine, 2 months ago we called to ask to pickup excess bottles of oxygen, they were instructed to phone just before they arrived in town( 100 mi away) , they called as they pulled in, my wife just had surgery the day before, big tumor removed, we had a pal who was going to help lift the the oxygen out, its quite a ways down to the street, wife answers door says my husband is 8 minutes away and he yelled, I DO not have one more minute to spare, he said he would come in & get them, no gloves, no mask, no shoe covers, snowing like crazy, wife said nevermind stop by again in 2weeks on your next run that was in march, it is May 19, 2025 haven't heard a word since, but they have been sending the *********************** bills, for ******************************* that we never received, this is Fraud by deception, negligence on the care of a human being .And, President ***** is trying to stop theft of the Government this here is greed at the expense of who fought for his country, I will continue to push, to have my voice heard, This is going to be something...

      In February I bought a portable oxygen machine ****** terminally I'll daughter. My daughter died shortly after we received the device. She never used it. Returned to seller after seller agreed to full refund. No refund issued, nor was item even returned back to me. I am out $2400 and a very costly machine .
