    Had a great experience with everyone I dealt with. Everyone was prompt to return calls and keep me updated on where the process was. **** ***** and site manager *** were amazing turning a disaster into my dream home. I highly recommend OCC911

    Our experience with OCC911 was great. ***** was our project manager and he was fantastic from start to finish. His communication was top notch and he was always looking out for us, making sure the work was done to our standard and noticing things we didn't even think of. He was present during the restoration and was very on top of everything needed. The contractors he works with like ******* was top notch and it looks like nothing ever happened. Scheduling with **** was easy and they always arrived as scheduled, even ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future restoration needs. This company goes above and beyond for its customers.

    The OCC911 team did a good job. The drywall team was amazing. The painter did not put down a drop cloth, causing small amount of clean up on our part. We also noticed a small amount of over spray from texturing that did not get painted after the job was completed. When noted to the team they offered to correct the over sight.

    This is the 2nd time we work with OCC911 and the service they provided was absolutely amazing ??. We had a sewer backup situation for the third time caused by the city street project?????. Needless to say, we were so defeated by the incident, especially when Christmas was around the corner ??. **** and ***** understood our disappointment and did everything they can to accommodate our requests and get the house back to normal condition before our guests came for Christmas??. Despite the inconvenience of the incident, we really appreciate the team effort and professionalism ??. Happy New Year!

    Kudos to OCC911, it's staff banded together to help us when our home was destroyed by fire in the early morning hours of 12/13/2013. ****** ****, thank you for your guidance. ***** *******, thank you for being there for us.     OCC was A Godsend they came at a time when it looked hopeless and burnt told me and my family were gonna rebuild! Came in salvaged pictures and paperwork important irreplaceable paperwork cleaned up the burnt remnants of the house and worked diligently until it was a place called home we are Grateful and Thankful for THE **** Using OCC 911 To Help put things back together concerning our Home. THANK YOU OCC 911!!!
